    First, they have moved to Markey Court but have not updated on Angies List. Second, we've been going to Fallon Automotive for years now to service our three cars. They always offer a fair price and great service. Today was a perfect example of their service, when after losing my wheel lock and having a flat tire, Mike came to my house, replaced the wheel locks and even changed by flat tire! Thank you Fallon Automotive!

    1. I met with DeAndre and he took us all the way back in the parking lot where the car was, however, we were not able to test drive because it was trapped in the middle of a few cars and it was below 10 degrees. Nonetheless, It is his duty to bring the car to us. 2. I was offered a different model but price was the issue so we left. 3. I called him back to ask for the price and was told that he would talk to his manager the next day when he would get to work at noon. 4. DeAndre never called. I then went to the dealership at 3PM on Jan 1st and found out he never came to work and instead met with Tyler. 5. We were negotiating the price and he went back and forth while we were discussing and stated to me, "You're taking too long" This was rude and inexcusable for him to say to me. 6. We finally agreed on a price and sat with Finance only to discover that price included a promotion that excluded 0% finance. This might have been my ignorance, but I was not given an explanation. 7. I had question about the offer sheet because it said sale price + T + T + P = walk out price. So I asked for breakdown. I added everything together and found a $658 overcharge. He said, "Mistakes happen all the time by either undercharge or overcharge." Seriously?? This had me fuming, however, I received not a single apology but casual "sorry" 9. Went to the dealer to remove dealer sticker but was ask to pay $5 to remove. I've never heard of that one a new car purchase.

    I don't think I've ever had such an efficient car repair being in and out in less than one hour. I shopped around at a few well reviewed places for my rear brake rotor and pad replacement for a 2013 Ford Explorer, and Drake's had both the lowest price and best reviews. Kyle, the owner's son, performed my repair himself, took the car for a test drive, and did the paperwork while other mechanics were working on several other vehicles. The shop can perform mechanical work on foreign and domestic vehicles, and based on my experience, I'd use them for any future mechanical work. Price below reflects 2 new premium brake pads, 2 new rotors, and labor.

    I had a very positive experience at Auto Stop Elite. I was looking for a shop that had the Hunter Road Force Elite balancer (the creme de la creme of tire balancers) and they were the closest to my house. I emailed them and the response time and tone was quick and pleasant so I decided to give them a try. It turned out to be a great decision. The equipment they use is top notch. The prices are more than reasonable The waiting area is very comfortable and offer free wifi. The workers were very friendly and knowledgable. I had a very nice conversation with Ben about cars and quickly learned he was a ���car��� guy and a dog guy. I felt this was a modern facility with some old fashion friendliness. The dogs are awesome and I look forward to seeing them on future visits!

    My brakes were scraping bad. I called to make an appointment and they were able to see me within the next 15min. So I made my way over to the shop. Everyone at the front desk was polite and helpful. They looked my car over and confirmed my front pads and roters needed replacement which was what I suspected. They pointed out my front tires were also on their way out and quoted me a price to replace those but, there was zero pressure to do the tires as well, which I appreciated as I was working with a set budget and figured the brakes were more important. Took about 45 min. to do the replacement, I was provided with the Wi-Fi info and the remote for their Roku to pass the time. Ended up paying around $300 which, after shopping around, I found to be very fair and reasonable especially as a women who is used to auto repair shops trying to gouge me because of my gender. Overall the customer service and the work done on my car was excellent and I would definitely take my car back here.

    Charged $100 to replace two lights that still didn't work when arrived to do the safety inspection. They were installed incorrectly. The guy doing the inspection fixed everything for free and in five minutes. Also got a quote to have other parts replaced at $2100. After calling around another shop was able to do the same work for $400. Needless to say, I went elsewhere. That's a huge markup. Beware and shop around.

    Very well - timely, useful description, professional. Didn't look for additional jobs unlike the stereotypical mechanics yard! I recommend C&C auto. Used them before and again I am happy with them.

    Automotive Machine and Repair is the best kept secret for auto service in Northern Virginia - Doug and Mike Jennings are outstanding mechanics, they will advise against expensive and unnecessary repairs suggested by other shops, and they specifically avoid advertising because they don't want the shop to grow so large that their service quality drops. And no, I am not making that up. :)

    Excellent experience end to end. Called to schedule service; they could accommodate the next day. They assessed the needs, called with suggestions of additional issues they recommended be considered including citing some that didn't require immediate attention. The cost of the service was significantly less than a typical visit to the local MB dealer. Will definitely return.

    didn't pass the *** test, so i brought it to another auto service center, one recommended and used by me before for general auto maintenance - explained the situation - they told me nothing was wrong, they wheels/tires aligned with no issue, nothing prevented the work from being done
