ATroy-Bilt ConstructionIt went great Troy-Bilt- a couple porches for me about 2 or 3 years ago so I decided to call him back to finishing my basement it looks absolutely beautiful it was a blank space I never used it now I'm down there all the time I have a living room, kitchenette, one bedroom and a full-bathroom! I couldn't be more happier with my new finished-In basement. Troy and his guys showed up everyday on time just like they said they would and Troy even gave me ideas that I never even had thought of. I'm so happy that I called Troy again and I can't wait until my next project comes up to have him come back. Things were efficiently scheduled, Tony Tan is experience in electrical, painting, flooring, appliance installation (including gas appliances), total quality was found in Tony Tans trades and co-workers. The whole kitchen came out beautifully! I am now in my 60's, and I have to say that Tony Tan, the owner, is the most honest, hardworking contractor I have ever used--and I have owned over 10 houses. AExtremely well. In 2008 we replaced the roof, Windows, and porch railings and columns in the front. Mike was attentive to detail, and made some great suggestions that improved the looks of that project. Later we had him reconfigure our back deck and replace the railings with vinyl, as well as build vinyl enclosures for our HVAC units. Fast forward to this year, 2019. We noticed a gap above each of the half round Windows. They came out and took care of the issue as well as re-securing the flashing below the Windows. No charge! We also had an issue with some of the siding fading. We were filing a warranty claim but were having difficulty finding someone to hang the siding at a reasonable price. Although this was NOT their issue, they agreed to hang the siding if we would pay for the materials. This was SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than any estimate we had received. We decided to go ahead and get the work done before weather got bad. On top of that, they dented a gutter while doing the work and took responsibility for repairing that even though I never would have noticed it if they hadn't mentioned it. Great service. Not the cheapest , but if you want quality work and someone who stands behind their work, these are your guys.
