I called in the middle of the storm to let them know we had two trees down. They were out the next day and began the work. I neglected to get a quote before they began the work - my bad. We still have a couple stumps that need removed but I know theyll finish the work.

These guys were awesome. A tree fell on my house. It was a huge pine tree. They came out quickly and got the job done in 2 hours. They were the cheapest people I found but did an A+++++ job. They completely cleaned up the mess and left not one tree limb in my yard. I would definitely refer them to anyone and I would use them again. I was surprised how well organized they were and how they seemed to work so efficiently. Again, A+++++++++ job!

We originally contacted the vendor in August and were told that they would get to the job by the end of September.  When we called him back toward the end of September to verify the job he said that they could not do it that early he said two weeks.  The next day he called us back and changed the date to three weeks which would have been October 21.
The tree service did show up on October 21 however the next door tenant did not move his car despite being asked to do so therefore the tree could not be cut down that day.  Danville Tree Service returned the following day and removed the tree which we then discovered was rotten and the hole was five feet into the ground and a foot wide.
They did a very professional and safe removal of the tree and we would use them again provided they did a better scheduling job.  While there was a lot of bad weather in the Danville area, two months of a tree hanging over the house with lack of commitment of a firm date made us very uneasy.
Needless to say we are very happy the rotten tree is gone and Danville Tree Service did an excellent job despite their poor scheduling.

Clarence presented as a licensed and bonded Class C Contractor and primary mason that does stone veneer for his company on April 27, 2015.He claimed to be able to complete rock veneer at my residence within days to a week upon entering into contract and receiving $1200 deposit toward $2400 job on April 27th. He is licensed as a Class C Contractor with the VA DPOR. However, he did not have bond insurance or licensing with the City of Danville to practice or obtain a building permit, which was disclosed by the City Building Inspector on June 16, 2015 after Clarence abandoned my property. Clarence left the stone veneer incomplete with mix match patterns and mortar colors that stained the original brick at my home. Clarence did not replace or clean up tarp, unused rock, sand, buckets, gutter downspout, mailbox, address plaque, screws, nails, and shutters nor repaired loosening vinyl siding being pulled down by the detached gutter downspout. He abandoned my property even after many complaints via phone and written correspondence throughout the end of April, especially after cashing my check on April 29th, throughout May 25th. Clarence was court ordered, upon pleading guilty in Danville G&D Court for violation of a building code, on August 20, 2015 to complete the rock veneer to my satisfaction or refund $1250 by September 10, 2015. However, Clarence continued to abandon my property and did not complete the work or refund money as court ordered by September 10, 2015.

During a terrible thunder storm lightning stuck a tree close to our , the tree promptly fell onto the roof. Thankfully the damage to the roof was minimal. They came the day we called and had the entire tree off the house before the end of the day. They also cut some nearby low branches for us at no extra cost. They were very prompt and did an excellent job (removed the wood as well).

Charles Winstead was very responsive to my call and was able to view the damage and provide a quote within 24 hours of my call. Since I was remote at the time that the tree fell, Charles arranged to send me pictures before removal so that I could appreciate the damage and amount of debris requiring removal. He also sent me pictures after removal so that I could see the quality of the work done. I was able to personally inspect the work done this last weekend and Charles met me on-site. I was very impressed with the quality of the work done and more importantly my neighbor was very happy as well. I have received a quote for removal of the remaining 2/3rds still left.

He was fantastic on price, professionalism, punctuality and the work he did. He was excellent. They cleaned up behind themselves. It was a very good price and he did everything we asked him to do. I recently had him take a tree down at my son's house. It was the same case. He did it very professionally and promptly. It was a very good price. He did this work in December, 2013. The tree was huge and it was wrapped around electric lines. It was $1,200. He was a very nice man. I didn't know if he would do this job but he said he would. He has 34 years experience. I would definitely use him again.

2 months after I received a quote I decided it was time to get my tree trimmed back after some nasty storms came through. An appointment was scheduled but never heard from anyone. After a phone call to them I was told they had an employee in the hospital sick and they wouldn't be able to make it that day. I was a little frustrated that I had spent a good part of my day off waiting fro someone to show up and not even a call to notify me that they wouldn't be able to make it. I rescheduled for a day that would accommodate both of us and it was set. The second day they arrived on time, provided all the information I needed, and got right to work. The supervisor said he had to run to another site for a while but would be back. The guys that stayed and did the work did AMAZING!!, I was so very happy with the results. They did it in less time than was quoted, and it looks fantastic. It makes me feel tons better about storms that roll through. They were even nice enough to bill me. I am very happy and would definitely use them again.

If I am out of town and they have to cut my grass for me, they will charge me $50.00 more. They come when I call and they do what I ask. They are great. The price is right in line with everyone else. They do all my cutting and replanting and all things like that. If they can't make it on time, then they will call and let me know. I will continue to use their services in the future.
