Before the technician arrived, I received a text message with an attached photo of the technician so I could verify them. Kal D., the technician, was very polite and professional. The company that installed the HVAC system originally said they could come out 5 days later - it was 90��F and I had no air conditioning at all. I was relieved that Dominion Services were available so quickly. Terrone was punctual, professional, explained the issues and costs and had my a/c working within a couple of hours. Definitely recommend this company.

    he called me right after I went on angie's list to request for service. he came the next day looked at my a/c filter and checked the a/c unit and he wanted to charge me $500 just to charge system up plus $140 service fee. all I saw was a hungry guy who just want to take my money and didn't care if my system was ok or not. this was the worst service I ever had.

    The 1st technician that came out sucked. (Benny Cusati). Charged me 60 bucks and said change my air filters. After changing air filters the tempurature dropped another 5 degrees. I called IAQM and told them about the situation with the 1st technician and they sent someone out the next day. The 2nd technician that came out was great. (Brandon Thomas). He cleaned the flame sensor and now the heat is pumping out. I would definitely hire IAQM again, but don't let the 1st impressions turn you away. They corrected the oversight of the 1st technician and made it right.

    The hvac system check went well; the technician (Rick) arrived earlier than the projected time, was efficient in performing all processes, and was patient and knowledgeable about making recommendations for resolution to detected issues. He also provided multiple alternatives to proposed resolutions (based on specific questions I had about the dimensions and size of my residence) in terms of system lifecycle, vendor comparisons, price points, features of system components, and complementary products that are would realistically be needed to optimize sustained humidity on the different levels of the structure. Rick answered all of my questions and their variations, and pointed out questions that I should have asked, based on the context of the entire Q&A that we had.
