AJim explained everything the bike needed and a clear price that didn't change on the final bill. Given the age and the amount of work needed to bring the bike back to life, he showed us a comparable new bike to make sure we didn't want to put good money after bad. We decided to do the repairs.
The tech, Jake, did a great job and the bike feels like new. It was ready to ride and we were assured that if it didn't feel right, we could bring it back. Great service!

BI dislike their occasional fees for maintenance. The monthly rate is low at $20.
I would like to see improved bathroom facilities. It seems they are always doing work/construction but have yet to address the bathrooms.
I would also like to see kettle bells out in the gym for everyone to use.

AI go to Powerhouse Gym, awesome. I go there since they opened, about three or four years, I don't know. Powerhouse Gym is nice and clean. Powerhouse Gym is incredibly friendly, the price is awesome. They have good classes. Powerhouse Gym is in a good location, great parking lot, plenty of parking. I just love it there, I love everything about Powerhouse Gym.- Louis K.
