took the car in mid-morning... withing half an hour had a diagnose and an estimate... was told the car would be ready in a couple hours... it was ready on time and the total cost came in a few dollars under the estimate. found the staff to be courteous, helpful and professional. will use again in a heartbeat!

No knowing how long it would take, I left my car off at their Culpeper shop. They called later that day and said the freon was indeed a pound low. They said they could find no leaks or other problems. They said come back in a few weeks and they would look for any slow leaks, as they had put freon with dye into the system, and it would show. I haven't done that yet, but plan to. The A/C works fine ...

Went to them to check a metal on metal sound under the hood of my vehicle. They came back with a multitude of things they recommended be done.
