They were very good in everything. I don't have any complaints. The staff is very good. Sometimes the wait time is a little bit long, but other than that I don't have anything negative to say. The waiting room is good.

I have been seeing them for probably two years. There is nothing that stands out about the office environment. It's just that it's as good as any doctor's office I've been in. It's pretty normal. There are chairs and magazines. With regard to punctuality, they get me in as quickly as any doctor's office has that I've ever tried before. They would be at the top. The staff is very friendly.

Both the dr and the pa had been willing to experiment to find a pain management method that worked for me. We had to try several medications and I was willing to work with them because I knew eventually something would work. The dr did facet injections in both my neck and back. The first time, the neck ones didn't work because my neck muscles had 'hardened' so much, so the dr insisted on redoing the injections. They worked the 2nd time. This was several months ago and I am due for them again, or I will also discuss the botox injections I used to get from my neurologist. Whichever works best and lasts longer!! The injections in my lower back didn't work at all- in fact they caused huge muscle knots and spasms and I had trouble walking. But, that certainly wasn't the doctor's fault. The pa took care of it right away! They called in pain meds and told me to come in for steroid shots (to inject into the knots). I felt much better after those. I meet with the PA monthly and I keep her informed of how things are going. There is also a patient portal if I need to send her information in between appointments. These are responded to same day as appropriate. They really do care! They are not a pill factory- they just don't throw meds at you. They try to find the best way to fix the issue. They advertise that they are a non-surgical solution for pain.

    Banker, Gretchen
Gretchen Banker is kind, patient, and doesn't herd you through like you were just an another number in the books for the day. She takes the time to listen to all of your concerns and does her best to deal with them in a timely manner in which you don't feel left out of your own treatment plan. She also works well with my other doctors from pain management.

They are wonderful. It's country atmosphere where you never have to sit and keep waiting. They don't over book and when you go back to that little room you don't wait. I think the longest I've ever waited was 5 minutes. They're really good with the billing and handle everything. I've been going to them for years.

They have nurse practitioners so you don't always have to wait for a doctor. I have never had a problem getting an appointment, which is really nice. They can fit you in if you need to be seen. They have Saturday hours. Sometimes they run a little late. Everybody is really nice. They always seem to help everybody's issues.

Have used this practice for years. I have entrusted them with my healthcare and I don't do that with just any doctor. I have an ongoing issue with an injury and they have been excellent at listening to my reports, communicating the options and listening to my concerns. I have an ongoing thryoid issue and although they suggested surgery, they listened to my concerns and allowed me to approach the issue at my comfort and keep the thyroid for close to three years. This decision forced them to take extra time and effort to monitor my symptoms and general health. They really do listen and allow you to be a part of your own healthcare decisions. A rare thing in these times.

It went horribly. I received a shot that the doctor said I needed. They gave it to me incorrectly and caused an infection under the skin. When I returned due to the infection, they charged me for another visit even though it was their mistake. The nurses and office workers were impolite to the point of being mean. The doctor doesn't listen to you when you talk. She doesn't take what you say into account with your own health.
