ALonestar Siding & WindowsThe crew was top of the line. They arrived every day on the dot and I never had to worry if they understood the mission. They came in at 8 but my dogs and I slept until 9 or 10. This crew knew all the details and were very skilled in doing the work. It was a case of complete trust. They.Cleaned up after themselves every day. They put everything back in place. They could not have been any better. When I wanted to remove an eyesore kerosene tank, they even loaded that on the recipient's truck for me. The resulting house is gorgeous!You can feel safe if they are doing the job that your house will be in good hands. Normally after contractors have invaded your life for 3 weeks you are glad to see them go. We were glad to see them finish our now beautiful house, but we were also sad to see them go. While they were here they were so helpful that If I had 100 houses that needed windows, doors, and siding they would get the job every time. ATroy-Bilt ConstructionI live in Spokane, WA and own this property in Elkton, VA. The property is rented. I was back there last year and fould the house in need of some repair.Being so far away I was concerned about finding a good contractor to do the work. I contacted Angies list in the area and found Troy listed. I contacted Troy by phone and set up a time to meet with him when I would be in VA. I visited the area in May of 2012, met Troy, we visited the house and he got estimates together on the work to be performed before I left the area to return to Spokane.I felt very comfortable with everything and signed the contract for the work to be done. Knowing I would not see the completed work except in pictures until I return in October, I felt comfortable with what had been decided.The work is now complete, pictures look great and I am satisfied with Troy's performance. I will use his services again when I decide on the next steps to take at the house.- FE L.

We ordered new windows for the house, Ben (their Marvin Window man) helped us all the way through the purchase and installation. He had to custom measure and we had a few unusual needs - which involved custom work and design of some special features. He was meticulous, and a real pleasure to work with. Mongers has assisted us in the select ion of some subs for our renovation who they knew to be good workers at good prices, with good materials. Everyone they referred has turned out to be excellent. ADavenport Windows And DoorsThe installer's name was Bill. His son was his assistant. They arrived on time and worked harder than anyone I've seen in a long time. They were extremely efficient and never even took a lunch break. They came at 7:30 a.m. and left about 4:30 p.m. Very professional, easy going, knew exactly what they were doing. Bill refused water or food from me. He just wanted to get the job done. He and his son worked extremely hard and showed me how to work the windows (for safety and cleaning). I would highly recommend these folks. We only had 12 windows installed, but hope to have them back next year to have the other old windows replaced.- Jill P.

FParamount couldn't get the bill to us in a timely fashion. I called them and they would only speak to my husband - even though we both filled out the paper work and met with them as a couple. Do they understand it is 2020? What a chauvinistic company. My female money will spend elsewhere. Their work is overshadowed by their crappy customer service. Horrible!

AWe needed a reliable contractor to fix problems with our foundation. Lux Foundation Solutions was recommended to us based on previous work by the West Virginian realtor we worked with for our house. First, Matt came out, performed an assessment and explained everything well. He was friendly and answered all my questions about the work being performed. That set the tone for a great experience! After the estimate was received I made an appointment. The day of the appointment Adam’s team arrived exactly on time: I live somewhat remote and that his team was on time really speaks for the company and it’s work culture and ethics! Adam and his team worked in the crawl space, which was difficult for me to get into. Adam kept me informed throughout the process and even took pictures after the job was done to show me the results. The quality of the work speaks for itself! I’m very happy to have hired Lux Foundation Solutions and they are my first company to call if another job needs to get done! I highly recommend the company for your crawl space work!

AVanguard was very professional through-out the sales process. On installation day, the work crew was extremely professional, kept me posted throughout the day and finished at around sundown. They cleaned up very thoroughly... I've only found two stray nails out of the hundreds they removed. Since it was dark we couldn't really do a walk-around, but the Vanguard folks were back first thing in the morning to do a quality check and fixed a couple of minor issues of a gutter guard and a minor cosmetic thing. They also had indicated they would work to reattach a piece of fascia that had pulled away from the eaves. They spent the morning removing the gutter and ultimately replaced the entire PVC fascia board ... way more service they had signed up for at no additional expense.

AIn all honesty I would definitely hire Absolute Construction again. They made it very easy and simple. With my project I had a limited amount of money I could use because I was turning the apartment into a rental space. Absolute Construction went above and beyond to make sure my job was completed and they hooked me up on the price because they knew I was on a very limited budget. I will be calling them again.

FThe estimate was a sham - it took two and a half hours - the expectation was, once you put in all of that time, how would you just walk away from a renovation that was more than double of any other estimate, Then, the car -dealer borrowed sham - call into manager to get a better deal - twice!!! And the price was still way over market. But - if you booked it right then, $10,000 less than next day; $20,000 less than 9 months hence. The contractor would not provide an estimate, until you walked through every decision the bathroom renovation would entail. This was disgusting. I think also a sham for seniors. I would not recommend.
