ABRYANT'S EXCAVATING & SEPTICThese guys were great! I just bought the house and wasn't sure where the septic tank was located and the County didn't have any records of the tank. Larry and Chris found it very quickly. They were very professional and friendly. The total bill was $290, with $40 of the total charged for digging. ASpeedy-Rooter, Inc.Speedy advertises emergencies 24 hour service. I called them on a Saturday after being turned down by other service companies in the area. Drew was at the location within 1 hour. He was polite, and did a very good job. I will use them for future needs. The pump in the septic was not working and set off an alarm. He pulled the lid, found the problem and it was repaired within 1/2 after arrival. On time service, polite, and repaired in a timely manner. All equals GREAT SERVICE.- Walter G.

ASolutions Plumbing Heating & Coolingi live in Strasburg and this company is listed under Waynesboro and Harrisonburg. They came all the way out here and only charged $50 for it. I just moved into a house and there were alot of repairs that were needed. I had busted pipes in my basement that was beginning to leak. I also had a freon leak. They offered a special that I didnt even know about. It cost $70 to fix everything. I even called to check other prices so I wouldn't be cheated when money was already tight. Solutions was actually the cheapest. They came out June 11 and fixed everything on June 11. They checked all of my plumbing and air conditioning problems and took care of me. Now my A/C is still working fine and no leaks in the basement yet.- Lindsey S.

ACox Construction Inc.I was very pleased with the professionalism of Cox Construction. I got three estimates to hook me up to county sewer after my septic system failed and Cox beat out the other companies by a wide margin. Because of the price difference, I was leery and asked for written confirmation of what they were going to do and the price agreed upon. I received the contract the next day. Within a few days they came out and did the job and I'm thrilled with the work. They worked fast and never once did I see any of the men standing around doing nothing. They each knew they're job and they did it. They were all courteous and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the work. They will be the first people I call if anything else goes wrong.- Lora P.

AEddies Excavating IncIt was unfortunate timing because it happened during hunting season and i couldn't get anyone closer on the phone (trying to keep the work in the community). But I know this company's work and committed employees so i was thrilled that they could get to me quickly. Work was quick, efficient...quite a bit of digging involved and it turned out i needed a new system which they stayed and installed (after getting the permits). ARoto-RooterWhen our septic system backed up it was a dire emergency. No use of water for dishes, bath, or toilets!! So I called around for help early in the evening. Many providers advertised 24 service but only one answered the phone. I had heard the Roto Rooter would be overpriced but they were very reasonable and promised to be here first thing in the morning. They kept there promise and solved all the problems.. Now they will pump my tank every three years and I would not even consider going to another provider- Terry H.

FDelta Van Lines was a terrible experience. They are brokers and don't let them tell you differently. My sales person, Natalie, was quite nice until I started having problems. Then she would not return my calls. She promised me that they used their own trucks and drivers ( except upon rare occasion ) . Not true. My pick up was "Big Boy Moving." Four guys in which one was on the phone the entire time, one was skyping in the bedroom with the doors closed and the other two were working. The head guy immediately told me there would be an extra $300 for a long haul and $150 for a bulk shipment. I had told Natalie the elevator was right there next to the loading dock at my apartment. She said no problem, no long haul charge. The bulk charge, I never did understand and they really couldn't explain it . When I called Natalie while this guy was trying to collect this money, she said and I quote "Well I will never use them again.". She said she would call me back and that's the last I heard from her. I was stuck. I ended up calling Big Boy Movers and they had no answers either. Before the movers were done, they came right out and asked me for a tip. Of course I gave it to them, they had my stuff. But they literally asked me. This was the most unprofessional experience I have had moving. I have written an email to the manager Joshban Molina who has never responded. Natalie stopped communicating the minute she had my money. The only good thing that happened was that they were on time. I do not recommend this company at all. Besides the rudeness of the actual movers, there was no support from the company I had hired, Delta Van Lines. They could have cared less.

AMark found a problem during routine maintenance and was extraordinarily diligent tracking down the cause and fixing it. It was one of those things where a lesser tech could have just addressed the symptom and I, the ignorant owner, would have been none the wiser until my compressor blew out. So grateful they take pride in their work and do it right. We'll hire no one else for our HVAC needs.
