AValley RoofingWithin several days notice, Alan Martin arrived at an agreed upon time to evaluate roofing related problems at my new home. Later that day he presented me with a detailed estimate and work proposal. I agreed to his proposal several days later, and work-3 days-commenced about two weeks later. A prior home inspection report had suggested the roofing related defects of the home were a crucial and likely expensive item that needed to be dealt with. Valley Roofing patiently explained their approach and the negatives including shingles immanently coming loose, and eventual water damage to the basement from inadequate drain spouts if corrective work weren't to be done. Also, suggested the positive of money saving gutter covers-less need for annual cleaning. With work now completed my home faces fewer risks, and it looks great. At least the roofing portion. Mr. Hudson's performance at my house the first time resulted in me having him do more work. Mr. Hudson was also helpful with ideas and was happy to repaint my porch when I decided on a darker color. ABlue Ridge Exterior CleaningI called Brett for a quote on power washing our siding. He was able to pull a picture of my home up online and immediately give me a quote. Not only did he do that, he also noticed that our roof was in need of cleaning. We had been told that we would need to replace the roof (approximate cost $8,000). He informed us that we could clean the roof and likely get an additional 5-10 years out of our current one. He also provided lots of information on this process to insure I was comfortable with this process. He was in constant communication with me on scheduling and showed up when expected. He and his guys did excellent work cleaning our roof and house. The shingles he replaced look great (he even went out and found ones that matched as closely as possible - calling me while he was in the store to see if I wanted a little darker or a little lighter). They finished in less than a day and even threw in covering a vent that wasn't right. All in all we were very pleased with their work and the price we received. We definitely plan to bring them back to do our vinyl fence and back porch. Great company to work with!- Stephanie L.

ABlue Ridge Exterior CleaningBrett Thompson did a fabulous job cleaning our gutters and repairing the rusty spots on our metal roof. He took a considerable amount of time cleaning the gutters and also thoroughly inspected the entire roof for any additional problems. We were extremely happy with the quality of his work and the price that he quoted us was more than reasonable for the time he spent on the project. We had just recently purchased the house so we were delighted to get a detailed report on the condition of the gutters and roof. Brett also made suggestions for future repairs which we found helpful for planning purposes. We plan to have him come back in the near future for additional work!- Susie B.

AMatthew AndersonI am selling my house in Knoxville and have a LARGE sycamore that got hit by the recent storm in Knoxville. I had tree limbs and logs come down, and some that got stuck up in the tree...The amount that came down was far more than the city would pick up during normal brush pickup. My realtor put me in touch with Matt who was able to come on a Sunday to remove the fallen debris. While there he also cut some parts of the tree to help keep it manageable, and worked to free some of the now-dead, stuck-in-the-tree limbs. In addition to this, since he was there and had a tall ladder, I asked if he could also clean out my gutters. He agreed and got that done as well. Matt was extremely nice and professional and I felt like I got a great deal for the price.- Kristina K.

Along with our low pressure roof cleaning we offer many other exterior cleaning services using both low and high pressure. We also have hot water which can remove gum from sidewalks and clean those nasty grease and oil stains. Cold water machines can't do that.

AAlan, Sean, Ryan and the rest of their team did an excellent job with my room. Their attention to details and concern about quality and customer satisfaction were amazing. They worked with me very closely as we refined details throughout the course of the project. When they needed to use sub contractors, the caliber of their sub contractors was just as high as their own team members. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who was wanting to build a sun room (and based on the experience working with them, I have to believe that they should be highly recommended for the other services that they provide).

AThe installers, Ricardo and Ishmael, arrived on time (even though they had an 1-1/2 hr drive). They diligently worked all day to replace our gutters and install the gutter guards. When complete, they cleared away all the debris. I found them to be honest and professional. We LOVE our new gutters and would highly recommend this company.

FMy wife called to have get a quote for a minor leak in our roof. We never ended up scheduling an appointment because we decided to go with another roofing company. A week ago we received an invoice in the mail telling us to pay $182 because a guy came over and apparently did the work without our consent or approval. He charged us that amount of money to reset a nail which wasn't even the cause of the leak. It turns out after having someone from another roofing company actually come inspect the attic that that we need to have a pipe boot replaced. I tried calling to ask about this but I keep getting told the guy I need to speak with isn't there. I wouldn't recommend this company they seem to do shady business.
