The movers are personable, professional, courteous, careful, prompt and efficient. They have never broken or lost anything or caused any damage. They always show up on time, exactly as arranged beforehand. The planning and communication with the office is excellent, and everything works without any hiccups. I really can't say enough about how great their service is, and although I won't need movers again for a while, I will use them. I won't even shop around, because their rates are extremely reasonable for the high quality service they deliver. I give them my highest recommendation.- P. M.

ARichmond Strong MoverRichmond Strong Movers did a super job with just two men! They know their business and go about it with amazing efficiency, sure hands and feet. Although they work fast, none of my property was damaged or casually tossed around. I appreciated their punctuality and patience when minor setbacks arose. Jay drives a moving truck with more confidence and skill than I've seen in some drivers behind the wheel of their own car! That road handling made a big difference because it took some stress off of me and also got us around town to quickly pick up several cargo loads en route to the final destination. The team arrived on time and very carefully moved our items out of the house, wrapping each item before it was secured in the truck. The team of Rodney and Steve worked well together. AMoving Made EasyI have moved at least 10 times in my life, and this was by far the best moving experience I have had. I was anxious because it was raining the day of the move. The movers were professional, efficient, and had everything needed to protect my furniture and my floors. DMoved my furniture to new house garage and returned three months later to put in new house. Movers were fast and the price was very reasonable BUT, they did not move everything and they destroyed several expensive pieces of furniture, broke several picture frames and did NOT cover the mattresses as they claimed they would. Nice people, lousy movers.

AI was Super impressed by the professionalism of my moving crew. Tyrann, Eric and JayJay were The moving Kings. They were focused, caring of my things and protecting them and I was impressed at their ability to pack my things in such a caring yet efficient timely manner. As always some people are are surprised by the unexpected in their jobs but it wasn’t an issues for these guys.. Totally prepared.. Unloading was just handled with the same care. I appreciated them asking about my wishes were things go and taking extra care on my wood floors.I even got the opportunity to ask their holiday plans with family. At the close of my job I knew that I had the best moving experience ever. I highly recommend this company and these guys!!! Thank you Tyrann, Eric and JayJay. Happy 2021!!
