Awesome experience! Heather was very helpful with helping us set up everything for our kitchen countertops and making sure we were 100% satisfied after the installation. My new countertops look awesome! Highly recommend!

Mold mitigation could have been better. However, overall the results were worth every penny. The house sold in two days of listing for more than the list price. I was very satisfied with All-N-1 Services.

I can say without hesitation we would rehire Matt and his team for future projects. His communication was clear, his work timely; he is attentive to detail. Matt is very knowledgeable and professional. He had suggestions with a variety of projects including those we were doing ourselves.

Installed incorrect kitchen undercabnet lighting then charged me to correct mistake. Increased price of replacing carbage disposal after install. Cost me $ 300 more than estimate when work was completed. Will not use again. Will not recommend.

    Five Star Construction
We found out that we had a leak from the toilet in the downstairs 1/2 bath when having the crawl space encapsulated. Kelli from Five Star Construction took my call on a Sunday and had Kevin out to the house the following Tuesday to provide me a quote.  Work began 3 days later on Friday and was completed the following Wednesday.  Kevin did an outstanding job replacing the rotted out  beam in the crawl space with very limited space.  He verified that the floor joists were all good and didn't need to be replaced.  He also replaced the rotted subfloor in the bath, which had been incorrectly repaired several times before (not known until he started pulling up the subfloor), requiring him to build up the subfloor and reinstall a new toilet flange.  He also replaced the laminate flooring and reinstalled the wall trim and toe molding.
Kevin was extremely conscientious and courteous throughout the whole process.  He was a professional and did an excellent job.  I have several more projects and will run them by Five Star Construction before getting quotes from other contractors.  I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.

When the old wall was being removed, they discovered that a pipe had been leaking and caused a large area of rot and adjoining fungus.  We are thankful that this was found then because when the rot would finally start to be noticed, the problem would have been much larger.  This was repaired for a reasonable price.  Getting rid of the rot slowed down the project as was expected.
The old walls were removed down to the wall studs and the flooring was replaced.  After that the whole shower was tiled, new fixtures, light, and other work was done.  Finally a new shower door was installed; we are also very pleased with that aspect as well.
We are extremely happy with the workmanship of the crews.  However, this company had a problem getting the workers onto our site as promised.  This was due to some problems outside of their control, but we feel that they were overextended and on some days, they did not show up as promised.  .
On the other hand, we were lax in not having an agreed to completion date stated on the contract that we signed.
Still, we highly recommend this vendor.

    I highly recommend
David Huff! We had several contractors estimate a major renovation of
our retirement home and David stood out from the start. His
communication skills are excellent and will work with you to find
the best solution to any problem . His crew is professional and their
    workmanship is quality excellent.

    Fry's Handyman Services
I must say that dealing with Jesse Fry has been nothing short of amazing.  What started out as a simple request to repair a possible leak in our ceiling turned in to a great relationship.  We ended up hiring Fry's Handyman Services to remodel our kitchen.  Jesse was a HUGE help in advising us on what we should do since our house is about 80 years old.  Dealing with plaster walls can turn out to be a disaster, so Jesse suggested placing paneling in our kitchen.  Of course, everyone's first thought is "YUCK."; however, he told us about the HUGE assortment of paneling available, which includes the gorgeous grey/white paneling you see in many beach houses.  Long story short, the kitchen looks AMAZING!  Jesse is very hones, dependable, friendly, professional, kind, and just a great guy to deal with.  He is currently working on painting a townhome for us so we can place it on the market.  When he's done with that, we plan on contracting him to remodel our entire house, including a deck.
As a side note, our home was recently broken in to and Jesse came over and was kind enough to use scraps from the back of his truck to secure our door that was kicked in by an intruder.  He is more than just a contractor.  He is a friend.  That being said, I would HIGHLY recommend his services, regardless of size.  He does not pressure you to do anything!!.  He merely suggests things to keep you within budget.  I am so happy we found him because, these days, everyone seems to be out to take peoples' money.  I'm sure that keeps a lot of folks from having work done on their homes.
So, if you are looking for an honest person to hire for any home-improvement job, call Fry's Handyman Services.  You will never have to call another contractor again.  Jesse can do it all!

    Kitchen Doctors
Since the housing market in this neighborhood is still very sluggish, I declined to have the work done.  However if things pick up, I plan to move forward with the remodel.  Laurie was very personable and professional.  She listened to my needs for the kitchen and I  enjoyed meeting with her to discuss my options.

    Commonwealth Renovations
Project went fine, and looks nice and is very functional.  Provider had a lot of work, and project could not be done all at once.  Project was extended a bit in order to move workers to different work sites.
