    495 Movers Inc
    Despite confusion in communication, all went reasonably well. There was an initial mix up/misunderstanding in expected date for pack out. After waiting nearly 1 1/2 hours for their arrival I called to determine what the delay was. Though 495 did not have our pack-out scheduled as originally determined for that day, they were able to gather a crew and arrive by the early afternoon. They worked through the early evening and returned the next day to complete the packing. We requested our household goods to be stored to allow us time to travel to our new home. Upon arrival of our goods in Calfornia, a large truck arrived mid-day (Memorial Weekend) with the addition of a local crew. The unpack took 2 days. Because the driver had been on the road for his daily driving limit, the full-sized moving van had to be parked overnight in our small cul-de-sac. Our neighbors were kind enough to move cars to accommodate it. Unfortunately, 495's driver did not have the ability of corporate funds to pay for the add-on crew's wages. Plus the fact that it was a bank-holiday made it that more difficult. It was decided that I would pay the crew and that amount would be deducted from our remaining account. We have not completely unpacked yet. We had one chair broken, and some broken pottery so far.

    NOVA MOBILE WELDING SERVICES
    It went great! John came out to the property right away. He did a great job of welding and cementing in the existing railing. Even after someone messed with the railing while it was drying, he came back and inspected and cemented again. Great guy. We recommend him happily.

    Zippy Shell Storage and Moving
    This is by far the best moving company we have ever worked with! The crew (Carlos, Rafi, Darryl and many others!) took care of our furniture, boxes and clothing like it was their own. They were incredibly prompt and worked so hard that I had to ask them to take breaks. We used both the Zippy Shell storage for a month as well as the same crew to move our belongings and I could not speak highly enough of them. The crew worked from 8:00am until 1:30am the next day carefully loading, transporting, unpacking, and setting up furniture in our new home. They were also incredibly friendly, flexible and trustworthy with exceptional attitudes. Pricing was reasonable and they cleaned up after themselves removing wrap, blankets and water bottles without me having to ask. Overall, this was the most efficient and painless moving experience we have ever had and I would highly recommend Zippy Shell to anyone who needs storage and/or moving services.

    Cox raised their rates in the last two years. I am switching to another service soon. Cox service has been pretty good. They have a lot of stations that I need. They could have followed the other company's model and given you a selection of stations that you use all the time, and you could choose them. They could improve the prices. They have been okay with punctuality the few times we have had to use them.

    One of my phones has not been used in a year. My daughter is in Australia so she is not using it, but they have been charging me, so I am going to drop the phone. Even when she was here before, they would let you put a dormant 6 months but they charge you $10 a month to pay for dormancy. I have a lease for a phone for my son, but I am not sure I like the leasing. I leased the phone starting January because the previous phone went out, and as of last week they have the Iphone6 and that is cheaper. I get a $10 rebate on the leased phone, and if I drop the extra phone, then the price will be the same. I think the price is expensive. I have been with them for like 17 years so I get a discount. We got them originally because they are the only ones we could get our daughter in Virgina, it was good there, and good here. I was trying to get my son to make changes online, and I went to a couple of different offices and they couldn't do it. Their website is bad.

    Don't look any further.  I shopped around and Classic Billiard was the best price, which doesn't always mean the best service.  In this case I couldn't imagine better service.  They were prompt, professional and friendly.  The team of two went right to work and ensured the area was clean when the table was disassembled.  They transported the table and ensured it was in the right spot in the basement.  While they were assembling the table I asked 50 questions which they patiently answered.  The whole experience was very pleasant.  They didn't even want to accept a tip.  I would definitely recommend.

    Great! Very flexible. Picked up at our house. Late a few times but that was beyond their control. My daughter was pleased with their service and didn't dread her lessons. Later, we lost her temporary paper license and they went out of the way to get us a new one promptly. Overall, as stressful as this is from a parents standpoint, it was a very pleasant, smooth experience. Thanks. Aloha!

    Jim came out the same day and the bottom line is he did a fantastic job.  Thorough in his craft, he left the work site when it was all done in a far better state than when he arrived in terms of product quality and cleanliness.  It is obvious Jim takes great pride in his work and is a very decent individual.  He also helped with another chore that was completely unrelated to the actual work.
    I have done only a few reviews, but I wanted to do this review as Jim merited the very best words I could bestow on him.  Extremely, extremely pleased.

    Love the new mailbox and post. Jim was very responsive when I initially contacted him. It's seldom you meet someone that absolutely loves what he does. He takes great pride in his work and cares tremendously about customer service. He went above and beyond in replacing my mailbox and post when he removed the two bushes that were in the way.

    we moved here in May 2013. There were issues with the initial service. multiple calls later a technician was sent out to agree that, in fact, there was an issue. they did ysome re-jiggering and our service worked.
    my main issue is the irregular bandwidth and rates of data movement. very inconsistent. Our price for service has consistently increased and we are changing providers.
