    If you are looking for a reliable, professional, trustworthy, kind and experienced handyman then Jeinsen is your guy. We purchased an Angie's list deal for gutter cleaning hoping we could add to the scope of work to include power washing our two level home and repairing, cleaning and staining the deck. Jeisen came out a day to two after our initial phone conversation and provided a quote that afternoon after a very thorough assessment of the job. He was able to start the job a few days later and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. Jeinsen is a perfectionist and truly goes above and beyond to do the best job possible. He does things the right way and doesn't take short cuts. We really appreciated the fact that he was willing to pick up the material needed which made things much easier on our end. Jeisen is a hard worker and very customer service oriented. I am so excited that we have found a new handyman!

    Terribly. I feel way too expensive for the amount of work done. I was expecting more for the estimated cost from a highly rated Angies List company - my bad. I certainly didn't understand the estimate as I should have. Charged me over $900 to install only one 16 ft 5-inch gutter and one 2-by-4 fascia board/paint the board. $900 ! Then, after I told the company I would pay the balance by check (which I sent in), the company then also charged my credit card, effectively billing me twice for the same amount. I am so disappointed.

    You can' t go wrong selecting Aston to do the job! Aston is fantastic to work with and a true professional. He was prompt, courteous, quick, and seems to always have a positive attitude. His work is beautiful and perfectly matches the existing stucco on my 57 year-old home. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. I'm going to contact him this summer for a quote to remove my popcorn ceilings and perform some drywall repair on the interior of my home.

    I was very satisfied with the crew that came to my house to clean out leaves from the gutters and also clean the glass on the skylights.  The crew also inspected for damage and presented me with a few things to look out for.  They also provided me with additional information on other services the company offers.  The crew also did a good job cleaning up after the work was performed.

    Had water dripping into my garage roof and had a history of birds pounding on the roof.  J&E did a thorough inspection of the roof and found the area that was the problem.  They fixed it quickly and has not been an issue for over a year now.  The flashing , patch, and wires they put in are effective without being noticeable from the ground.
    I was very pleased with their service, was a fair price for the work they did and time they spent, and would highly recommend them to a neighbor or friend.

    We contacted Hyland Home Services to perform gutter cleaning on our house.  I
    specifically wanted to schedule the service while we were at home as we do with
    all first time service from contractors.  When I called, I was informed
    that we did not need to be home, but I specifically scheduled the service a few
    weeks in advance for a day we would be there.  I received a call the day
    before asking if we could re-schedule due to a scheduling conflict.  Even
    though I was apprehensive about \having the service done while we were not
    there, I went ahead and re-scheduled for the following day.  We were going
    out of town for a few weeks but we really wanted the gutters cleaned since we
    had one that was clogged and overflowing.
    When we got back, the service was completed and an invoice was left at our
    home.  Upon inspection of the job, we found 2 areas that had sustained
    damage.  One was a dent in the aluminum cladding around a second floor
    window.  There was also a piece of stucco trim missing from the decorative
    stucco below that same window.
    I called Hyland Home services to talk about the damage (which was not present
    prior to the service).  When I mentioned the damage, Hyland Home Services
    said that the damage was already there prior to the service.  I am
    absolutely certain this is not the case.  He then began to threaten alien
    on my property if I did not pay the bill.  My phone call was never about
    getting out of paying for the service, but simply to have the damage
    repaired.  Hyland Home services was very unprofessional, and began to
    become belligerent on the phone.  The call ended with the threat of
    placing alien on the property, that he would never again perform any services
    for me and he abruptly hung up ending any further communications.

    find it very odd that even when I scheduled several weeks in advance that he
    re-scheduled for a time when it was impossible for us to be there.  The
    gutter cleaning was done, so I paid the bill in full.  I am now stuck with
    having to repair the damage done.

    I set up the service several weeks in advance due to availability (theirs and mine).  I called to confirm the appointment the day before and told I was on the schedule but they did not finalize the times until later in the day and I would receive a call later that day or in the evening.
    Since I did not receive a call, I called the morning of the appointment and was told that they were doing another job and asked if I could wait 3 more weeks for my appointment.  Needless to say I was upset, I took a day off work for this service and even confirmed I was on the schedule the day prior.  
    The receptionist said she was new and was not aware that the appointment had been scheduled a month in advance and said she would do what she could.  I received a call later in the day confirming the next day (Saturday) between 10AM and 1PM for the service.  When they had not shown up by noon I called the office and left a message.  I called again at 1,1:30, then at 2, then again at 2:30 and by that time the voice mail box was full.  Obviously the service was not going to be completed, and I wasted another day waiting for them.
    I got an e-mail later in the week apologizing with an excuse that their cable and phones were down and they could not get in touch with me.  I find it hard to believe that a cell phone was not available so I could be notified and not have to waste the entire day.
    At this point I called Angie's List to report the problem.  Angie's List was very understanding, refunded my pre-payment and even offered to secure another company to perform the service.
