    Dr. Gregory Lee, DC LLC
Great experience (my first with a chiropractor). Dr. Lee's office is very nice and his staff was helpful and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and thorough with the examination. The treatment for my knee was effective after only the first visit. I will be returning for additional treatment.

Brian Cooper's Healing Hands Massage Therapy
I have been seeing Brian every two weeks for an hour over the past year and a half and he has been tremendously helpful in addressing my issues with persistent shoulder pain, lower-back pain, and physically range of of movement. My quality of life is greatly improved and I fully intend to continue with this regular therapy routine into the future. I recommend Brian very highly.

    Centreville Preschool
The school and teachers are great! Both of our children have attended the school and loved every minute of it. It has been a great way to prepare our children for kindergarten. I would highly recommend this school to anyone.

Miller Chiropractic of Fair Oaks, PC
After struggling with chronic painful bursitis of the hip that affected my walking, sleeping, sitting and
ability to exercise, I finally found relief with Dr. Miller. I first tried
cortisone shots from an orthopedic surgeon. Not only was the shot extremely
painful, it provided relief for only about 6 weeks. I was also concerned about long term steroid use,
so I decided to see Dr. Miller (who I had seen for back issues previously
but chiropractic hip treatment had not occurred to me). After careful evaluation,
Dr. Miller began chiropractic adjustments, electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) and
massage. He also instructed me on stretches to do at home and suggested a shoe insert in the opposite shoe to take off some of the impact. Within a few weeks, I was sleeping through the night and walking pain free. Even better, my recovery
was achieved drug free! Dr. Miller is amazing, truly cares about his patients and treats you like a friend. His healthy lifestyle tips are an added bonus. His office staff is extremely attentive and caring as well.

    Serendipity Wellness Studio
I called Serendipity late on a Saturday afternoon, and they were able to schedule an appointment the same day. That was very surprising, as other places I called were booked until Monday. If you call at least a couple of hours ahead, Serendipity has a secure online appointment system that allows you to request a particular therapist.
The studio is located in a small office park on Rolling Road in Kings Park between Braddock Road and Burke Lake Road. It's not near the roads so it is quiet. The studio itself is cozy. The waiting room has clipboards with their registration form ready to fill out, which saves time for new clients. The treatment room was very nice. Not too big, but not too small. The lighting was just right, and not too dark like some places I've been. Everything was very clean and well maintained.
My massage therapist, Marya, was excellent. We talked first about what I wanted. I had a 90 minute full body massage with extra focus on my shoulders and back. She asked me many times during the massage if the pressure was too much or too little, and was attentive to whether I was warm enough or cool enough on the table. Marya found knots in my leg muscles that I didn't even know I had, and afterwards, demonstrated some stretches I could try to alleviate restless legs at night. Given how tight my shoulders were, I thought I would be really sore the next day, but I wasn't. The massage was wonderful, and I felt so much better afterwards.
Serendipity has heated massage tables, which I'm sure would be delightful though I personally didn't want my table turned on. They use extra touches like a warm pad on your shoulders and back while working on your legs, a peppermint scented eye mask, and a warm pad under your neck. Marya finished the massage by wrapping my feet in warm, slightly damp towels and gently scrubbing my feet with the towels.
I paid a lot more for a massage last fall at a hotel day spa in Maryland, and it was only half as good. I highly recommend Marya and Serendipity Wellness Studio!

    Waterfalls Wellness Center
He introduced himself. I asked how long he had been doing this and I asked where he had gone to massage school.( I had actually heard of it)

As he started I thought this was going to feel like my 7 and 9 year old grand daughters giving me a massage.
He actually did a good job and asked though out how the pressure was.

The room was dingy with low ceilings and miss matched furniture for tables. There was no running water and I did not see him wash his hands or use sanitizer before he started. I feel like maybe they use the same sheets for everyone.ugh! What ever they used for the massage smelled like Ben Gay.

I went to leave and at this time there was somebody at the front door. I did I want to give the therapist a tip and she said she would take it but I have no idea if he got it. She said he was already in another room. Probably without hand washing between clients

I have been to many spas and in home therapist's. I would not return here. Felt it was not professional or sanitary.

    Obetz, Dr.Dougla
He did a fair amount of education to expalin my problem, taught me exercises and discussed lifestyle changes. His chiropractic interventions were wonderful and I can say I am SO much better overall after being treatd by Dr. Obetz. He is easy to talk to, takes the time to listen, never rushes you. I have had chiropractic treatment in the past but Dr. Obetz is not pushy like some others. His goal is your health and that is very evident in his practice!
