EA Construction Inc is a company specializing in residential building an remodeling.I am a class A licensed contractor, and we carry general liability and workers comp insurance. We do anything from minor home repairs to building entire custom homes. Not only do I sell the work I do the work thats how I know my customers are getting the very best quality from my company. Between me and my top employee we have over 25 years of combined experience in the residential construction feild. Before building houses I was a third generation cabinet and furniture maker which I believe gives me a better eye for detail than most other builders or carpenters in the business today. We do not charge to come out look at projects or give estimates. If we do the project than that is how we get paid, not for estimating cost. Me and my employees do most all of the work we sell, occasionally we bring in a specialty sub for example to install heat pumps, wells, or septic systems. I dont sell a job then hire out to a bunch of subs and then put a mark up on there cost to make money. I make money being in the field doing the work manualy myself. I have many many references from clients to other contractors who have hired me to do there projects. The entire job went very well. After having EA stop by to discuss my findings and concerns, EA sent me a quote a few days later and I hired him for the job. He tore out my entire dining room exterior wall and had it rebuilt and sealed up and ready for siding in one long day. The next day EA and his helper re-installed the vinyl siding and hung new drywall and plastered the joints. The third day be...

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Removed vinyl siding and demolished and replaced exterior dining room wall due to poor installation of replacement window 13 years ago which leaked and caused extensive rot damage inside my wall. EA installed new constriction window and re-hung my original vinyl siding during the re-build. Remodeled the entire dining room by replacing our old paneling with drywall. Installed new door jambs and window trim. Completed the project to the point of "ready to paint". During the job, I discovered a roof leak and EA Construction repaired the roof while in site for the dining room remodel working in an additional half day job.

Eric and his team do very good work at a fair price. They work quickly and interfere with your daily schedule as little as possible. Eric is very good to work with and helpful when it comes to guiding you through the process. I received a call from EA Construction asking about my request for a bathroom remodel. After explaining we needed the bathroom done as soon as possible he explained he would not be able to get to the project until June. I appreciated his honesty and told him unfortunately that would not work for us. He was very professional, considerate and understanding.

It never went. No one ever returned my phone call for this to go anywhere which tells me that this company doesn't need any business.

The provider did absolutely nothing. I have tried to get ahold of someone for the past 2 days to get an estimate for work on my house and they have yet to call me back. I have recently moved to this area and this kind of unresponsiveness to a simple phone call speaks volumes as to why no one in their right mind should live here.
