    CYRUS PLUMBING
We called Cyrus plumbing after pulling them up in Yelp! We have had many plumbing problems in the house we are currently in and have dealt with many plumbing companies. Cyrus plumbing is hands down the best. Bryan took the time to explain to me what was going on when I had additional questions and was able to get out to our house same day and replace the broken part in our expansion tank. Cyrus Plumbing will always be our plumber of choice from here on out!

    Art's Plumbing Service, Inc.
Art's Plumbing Service was an absolute lifesaver! About two weeks ago I woke up and came downstairs to find water all over my kitchen floor and about 3 foot by 4 foot hole in my kitchen ceiling and sheetrock all over the place. Apparently at some point in the night one of the water lines running through the kitchen ceiling burst and had been steadily leaking all through the night until the weight of it caused a cave-in. Of course I immediately shut off the water line. This all happened on a Friday morning . So I immediately contacted Michael and Son's Plumbing to find out how soon they could come out and take a look at the leak and fix it. They told me they would put me down as a 'Priority Appointment' for the very next morning (Saturday). The customer service representative said that if somebody was not at my house by 9:30 a.m. to give them a call. Long story short, by 3 p.m. on Saturday nobody had showed up at all. Some 'Priority' I was! So I just canceled the appointment and proceeded to try and find somebody more responsive. That's when I found Art's Plumbing Servive! When I called I got in touch with Art directly and told him the situation. He said even though his schedule was pretty packed he was going to do everything he could to fit me in and over the next 24 hours he kept in touch with me to figure out what would work best with my schedule. Within a short amount of time he was able to fit me in and came by to make an assessment and do the repair himself! His team was extremely professional and efficient. Not only did he get the repair done within a relatively short amount of time, he took the time to explain the cause of the water leak! Best of all the repair did not cost me an arm and a leg, as I'm sure it would have if I had gone with the original Plumber. Art and his team was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with! I will definitely be going back to him for all my future plumbing needs and projects. And being a veteran myself, it's definitely a plus that Art's Plumbing Service is veteran owned and operated!

    Art's Plumbing Service, Inc.
Great experience, work was flawless and passed county inspection in literally 5 minutes. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was installed exactly as the city inspector requested, even above code. Reasonably priced, great value for exceptional work and trusted every step! Will be using for all of our commercial and residential needs going forward.

    A Williams And Fogg
Do yourself a favor and find someone else to do the job. There are two HVAC units in my house. Williams and Fogg replaced the lower level unit on August 24, 2018. They replaced the upper unit on August 27, 2018. The ceiling in the bedroom below the attic installed unit started dripping water from the ceiling on August30, 2018I contacted Williams and Fogg, I had to leave a voice mail. There was no response, Labor Day weekend. On Tuesday, September 4, the ceiling of the bedroom collapsed. The unit upstairs had not been installed correctly. The opening was 6 feet by 10 feet. Ron Fogg from Williams and Fogg was out the next day. We requested that Service Master do the clean-up, Williams and Fogg would do the restoration. Service Master completed their portion of the job on September 10, 2019. I contacted Ron Fogg to let him know he could finish the job. It is now January 31, 2019. After contacting Ron Fogg numerous times, at least once a week over the past 4 months, I have no more patience left. We have had four different people come to determine what materials are needed, only to not show up the next day to finish the job. One individual did not show up for his appointment on a Wednesday, then rescheduled it for Thursday, when he didnt show up he promised he would be at my home first thing Friday or he would give me $100. When he showed up at 1:05 PM I asked for my $100. He laughed, I didnt think it was funny and told him to leave. The last time I dealt with this company, Ron Fogg was involved. We had agreed to meet at my home at 9:00 AM. Ron was to be present all day. He was to supervise the replacing of the subfloor that Service Master had removed because the floor had warped. He was also to supervise the problems with the HVAC installation including replacing the drip pan that was too small. Ron arrived ahead of schedule. At 9:15, I spoke to Ron and asked him where his ream was. He told me they were on their way. He then told me he had no intention of staying to supervise until the job was complete. My patience expired. I told him no one from his business was allowed in my house.

    Mr Handyman of Richmond
We asked to get a quote and when the woman called she told me that they didn't do quotes that they would charge me $146 just to come out to my house no matter whether I contracted for the work to be done or not they would make $146 off of me. I would never pay someone to give me a quote on work that I am paying for that is idiotic in my opinion especially when everyone else gives free quotes. I WOULD NOT recommend this service I would rather pay more to someone else to do the job than pay for a quote just on pricipal

    Discount Contractors
I have hired discount contractors 3-4 times in the past 3 years for different plumbing jobs through American home shield and they are very good at what they do. They are always on time and get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. If there are any problems the explain exactly what the problems are and make sure you understand what's wrong. If it is a problem that they can't fix because of problems with let's say tile or subfloor interfering with fixing the problem they recommend someone to come in and fix it for you.

    Classic Granite & Marble
It is so refreshing in todays market to find a company and staff that bestow such wonderful customer-focused qualities (such as effective communication, quality workmanship, professional, positive work ethic, respect, dependability, follow-through, and excellence) that is exactly what we found in Classic Granite & Marble (CGM) in Midlothian, Virginia. We researched CGMs reviews and certainly can attest to alignment with our personal experience. We initially went into CGM to select a granite top for our sewing machine base. However, we also knew, at some point in time, we wanted to remodel our kitchen. From the first time we walked into the showroom, we were greeted with a busy, but extremely friendly and professional receptionist, Donna. We had the pleasure of working with Kristi McGaugh, who was professional, very helpful, and thorough with our granite selection. Kristi was also resourceful in making a personal recommendation for another contractor, who also had excellent reviews, and we did actually remodel our kitchen feeling confident we had the right team working on our project. The staff CGM sent out (Joe to template the countertops; Scott, Arturo, and Jimmy to install the countertops; and Bubba, plumber) were all of the customer-focused qualities aforementioned. We are very pleased with our kitchen remodel project, and we would unreservedly, highly recommend CGM to a prospective customer.

    Flinn's Rooter Service LLC
Noah quickly unplugged the toilet, and cleaned out all the hair that was blocking the drain in my upstairs shower. I asked him to check the other showers also. He was a professional, fixed everything fast and efficient, and was very clean and tidy about his work. He was on another call when I contacted him, and he was at my house an hour later. He was reasonable in the cost of his service. I would hire him again.

    Guirkin Plumbing & Heating
First of all I got an appointment for the plumber to arrive one to one and a half hours after I called, and this was not an emergency. He happened to be in my neighborhood, and secondly the cost for him checking the problem was $40.00 less than some other plumbers that I called on Angie's List. The plumber checked all washer hoses and connections and ran different cycles on the washing machine and said they weren't the problem. He said the problem was in the washer's shutoff valve that shuts the water off when a cycle is not running. He said the valve may have something stuck in it to prevent it from shutting off, and that it may clear out by itself after a few washing cycles. That is precisely what happened, it cleared itself after a few washing cycles and the problem is gone. Great diagnosis by the plumber. Will use them again.

    RE Trexler Plumbing & Heating
I called on Monday morning, he was there to take a look on Monday afternoon. He told me the faucet was 10-12 years old and although the parts were under warranty, it would take 2 weeks to get them. He suggested that I go to a local home improvement store that evening and he could be back the next day to install the new faucet.
