    Middleton Construction
Ryan handled multiple projects for my somewhat older home. Anything from replacing closet doors to installing new toilets. His price is always more than fair and I trust in the integrity and workmanship of his company.

    Classic Granite & Marble
I highly recommend Classic Granite and Marble. The crew are true professionals and extremely competent in what they do. We could not be more pleased with our new marble countertops. But I want to give a special thanks to our project manager Heather Reams for her time, patience and expertise in guiding us through our kitchen remodeling project from marble selection to installation. An example of her dedication to providing great service occurred towards the end of the project. After installation of the countertops on a Tuesday, the plumber discovered on Wednesday that our new composite sink was cracked. After scrambling to purchase a new sink that night, the plumber returned on Thursday and informed us that it didn't fit the cutout. Unable to get another sink until the middle of the following week, we were faced with being without water in our kitchen until then. Contacting Classic Granite, Heather was able to contact and mobilize a crew the same day. They came and modified the installed marble countertop on the spot, which allowed for the installation of the new sink. I have nothing but high praises to Heather Reams and the Classic Granite organization.

    Classic Granite & Marble
My recent experience in purchasing quartz countertops and a kitchen sink from Classic Granite & Marble was entirely positive. The service, products, and installation were excellent. Casey Tan, account manager, welcomed me to the showroom on multiple occasions and answered my questions knowledgeably and patiently; I looked at a lot of quartz samples and entire slabs, and I took other components of my kitchen design there to see how they would look with the quartz patterns I was considering. Eddie Karabulut, customer relations manager, could not have been nicer or more helpful. My husband and I appreciated his knowledge of the products and their installation, as well as his attention to detail. Alonzo (lead installer) and Otoniel installed the countertops expertly. They were professional and polite. They also handled the large quartz slabs carefully to avoid causing any incidental damage to any parts of my home. Scott Pritchard was Team 7 lead for a service call. Scott and his team were skilled and courteous. If we purchase quartz, granite, or marble in the future, we will go to Classic Granite and Marble with confidence that we will have a good experience.

    Classic Granite & Marble
It is so refreshing in todays market to find a company and staff that bestow such wonderful customer-focused qualities (such as effective communication, quality workmanship, professional, positive work ethic, respect, dependability, follow-through, and excellence) that is exactly what we found in Classic Granite & Marble (CGM) in Midlothian, Virginia. We researched CGMs reviews and certainly can attest to alignment with our personal experience. We initially went into CGM to select a granite top for our sewing machine base. However, we also knew, at some point in time, we wanted to remodel our kitchen. From the first time we walked into the showroom, we were greeted with a busy, but extremely friendly and professional receptionist, Donna. We had the pleasure of working with Kristi McGaugh, who was professional, very helpful, and thorough with our granite selection. Kristi was also resourceful in making a personal recommendation for another contractor, who also had excellent reviews, and we did actually remodel our kitchen feeling confident we had the right team working on our project. The staff CGM sent out (Joe to template the countertops; Scott, Arturo, and Jimmy to install the countertops; and Bubba, plumber) were all of the customer-focused qualities aforementioned. We are very pleased with our kitchen remodel project, and we would unreservedly, highly recommend CGM to a prospective customer.

    A & J Resurfacing
This was a wonderful experience. The technician, James H., spent many hours carefully filling nicks and dings with Bondo prior to resurfacing. He worked past the time allotted on the scheduling paperwork in order to get every detail perfect. After resurfacing, the tub looked brand new. James quickly ran a beautiful caulk line around the edges, and I now have a bathroom fit for a model home. Payment was expected only after I was completely satisfied. The company offers a 5-year warranty, but I don't expect I'll need to use it given the high quality of the work. I've never seen a technician as thorough, conscientious, and customer-focused as James, and I don't expect I'll ever see that degree of ethical workmanship again. I was extremely impressed and grateful for the outstanding service. Photos attached. Judge for yourself.

    Custom Kitchens Inc
I suspected my remodel would be too small for this high dollar company, but the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated. I needed five cabinets, 40 sq ft of countertop, and a few extras. Failing to at least acknowledge the request was unprofessional.

    ReFresh Cabinets LLC
Jamie and Brian coordinated services for extensive work in our kitchen, dining area, half bath and utility room. They and their staff did a great job painting our cabinetry and installing the backsplash. All areas look brand new and beautiful! They were very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, and a pleasure to work with. The subcontractors they used did a great job in the services they provided. Our experience with Refresh Cabinets went very smoothly from start to finish. We greatly appreciate their attention to detail and responsiveness to our questions and concerns. We are very happy with their work and would definitely use them again.

    Kitchen Doctors
The owner , Jim Sheehan, showed up to provide me with an estimate, and was blas about the job from the beginning. The reason I chose this company was because their advertising emphasized a desire to fulfill the customer's wishes "from simple change to a full remodel." Contrary to that assertion, I felt like my job was so small that it was a waste of the company's time. In addition, I basically knew what I wanted, but was in need of assistance regarding details such as trim work/moldings. Once again, I relied on the website's claims that the company would provide "guidance and suggestions each step of the way" in choosing a contractor. Mr. Sheehan basically answered my questions with minimal detail and I several times had to prompt him to get him to provide additional options. He discussed few particulars, showed me no samples, and left with little fanfare, giving me a fancy looking folder that had two pieces of paper with non-essential info such as the company's Angie's List rating in it. To Mr. Sheehan's credit, he was prompt in arriving for the appointment (a bit too early, in fact) and in providing a quote; however, the quote was generic, had the wrong number of cabinets listed, and contained trim options I had not agreed to. It was if he had done this type of job a million times and was going to throw up whatever he felt fit, regardless of my vision. I guess he expected me to sign a contract and let him choose whatever he thought was best. This was my first experience in dealing with a remodeling company, and I was perplexed at the lack of options provided and the general unhelpful attitude of the contractor. Kitchen Doctors had so many positive reviews that I was really disappointed to be the "odd gal out" as far as customer service. I have no doubt this company has done good work for lots of folks. It's possible the owner was just having a bad day. Or perhaps the company is growing so much that little jobs like mine have become inconsequential to them. If that's the case, I wish they would have politely declined to come out for the quote in the first place. Instead, I got the kind of condescending treatment that seemed to indicate I didn't smell rich enough to the owner to deserve proper consideration. Since that fateful appointment took place, I have pulled all the details together on my own. It has been a drawn out and tiring experience that has drained some of the joy from my remodel. I doubt the company will lose any sleep over that, but if I can help someone avoid the same disappointment, the effort it took to write this review will be worth it.

    CS Tile LLC
Due to our schedule we did not go with CS Tile, but were MOST impressed with responsiveness, courtesy, and detailed quote. William spoke knowledgeably and we will definitely call them for a quote on future jobs.

    Custom Built and Painted
Matt and his specialist Andrew, did a great job color matching the spacer (requiring custom blends of stain and poly) and with the overall job itself. He did have some transportation issues during the tight timeframe but made a special effort to finish the job on time, so that we had our beautiful kitchen back in order as planned.
