He answered all of my questions with ease. ARent-a-Rick, LLCRick responded, scheduled and arrived promptly. The services were done at my mothers home. The job was to be a simple gutter cleaning but turned out the gutters had come a part from the home which took the job longer. Without complaints Rick fixed the gutters all around the house and fixed a drain spout that had come off. He did not increase his price but we did recognize it. FI called Artistree Landscaping for leave removal on my property. They showed up and blew the leaves into large piles and then said they would return the following day to bag the leaves and take them away. The following day they did not show up so we called and they said that they would come the next day. Again, they did not show up. The third day we left numerous messages and did not get a call back and they still have not returned to bag the leaves. Totally unprofessional and unresponsive. Would not recommend.
