AConserva Irrigation of Virginia BeachTechnician was very professional and knowledgeable. Although he was a little bit late, the work was performed promptly and certainly met my expectations. In fact, I already purchased a plan to have them return for summerization and winterization again for 2021. The technician provided me with a good assessment of the state of my irrigation system as well, and he confirmed my thought that I may need to replace another sprinkler head in the spring. He also thoroughly explained all of the work performed and exactly what they do to "winterize" the irrigation system. I found that very helpful.- Kelly M.

AA1 Lawn & Landscaping Service IncSteve is our lawn guy. We've used him at least twice a year for the last 3 years and we love our yard! He and his team have reshaped our landscaping, moved trees around, tidied up the beds and bushes, fertilized the grass and seeded. He also helped us redirect the drainage, dug trenching and remove some of the rocks that were causing an issue with water flow. We have an 11-zone sprinkler system and he helped us prep and prime the sprinklers to get them in ship shape. He's a local, very skilled, offers a fair price and works really hard. AWinesett Nursery & LandscapingFor the past two years, we, as many of our West Neck neighbors, experienced SEVER drainage issues. Despite a previously installed drainage system, our backyard was to the point we could not let our dog in the yard. We contacted Winesett Nursery and Landscaping to assess our issues and develop a strategy to alleviate our problems. Their staff worked diligently to modify our old system and develop a design plan. Those modifications and their design ideas gave us our yard back. They were extremely hardworking and dedicated and followed up with minor adjustments as needed. We were extremely impressed and satisfied with the entire process. If you want a company that displays extreme dedication, friendly and professional staff and a true commitment to solving problems they are the people to call on. Slight adaptation to play for pipe under driveway as it's wide, so piped around house through back yard (so potential for future expansion) with no price change. Job done fairly quickly and the guys were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful with questions & inquiries. Provided quick hands-on demo of programming and describing functionality of system. AGary was excellent. Polite, professional, friendly. He understood what I wanted, asked questions for clarity during the walk-around, and found a problem I'd missed (a large branch down in the azalea patch) and gave me a price for that as well. He arrived the next day with a team, and the whole job was done in a few hours. His prices were competitive, and they cleaned up the area completely.

AI could not have been happier with the service provided DJ and his crew. DJ was very responsive in coming out to look at the job and providing a quote, and was very honest about the pricing and potential longer lead time due to COVID issues. Due to shortage in lumber supply (and increased prices), the price for vinyl instead of wood was not much more expensive, so we went with the vinyl install. The pricing was very fair and we couldn't be happier with the results. DJ stayed in communication with me leading up to the install and came back again to make sure we were on the same page with the layout. DJ and his crew were punctual with the install, very efficient and kept me informed all the way through the process. He worked with us to make sure we were happy with aesthetics and in dealing with unforeseen landscape issues. It was very obvious they knew what they were doing. I would highly recommend New Leaf Landscaping for fencing installs.

AAntwoine and a colleague from All In Landscaping arrived on time and began the task. 09:00 AM to 2:00 PM removing leaves and mowing/edging. The results were outstanding with all leaves removed from the lawn, including the back deck, and a thorough and professional mowing and edging were performed. This the second year that I have hired All In Landscaping and I would definitely hire All In Landscaping for any future Landscaping/Lawn work that I might need. In fact, they did such a great job that my neighbor asked for their contact information in case he wanted to hire them for future work. I should also add that Antwoine and his colleague were thoroughly professional and courteous.

AAfter meeting with multiple roofing companies and receiving quotes, I ultimately decided to go with Tidewater Regional Contracting (TRC) for the new roof installation. The pricing was great, in fact, the owner said he would meet any other competitors price while maintaining the highest level of quality. This group was highly responsive in answering my questions, always on time and once the project was complete, the yard was thoroughly cleaned. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again for any roofing/concrete needs.

AThis team is AMAZING! We had tenants move out who didn't maintain the yard, so it was a bit of a mess. When I arrived, TJ and Melissa were hard at work. A few minutes after I arrived, TJ rang the door bell and walked me around the property explaining what they had already done and what else they were going to do. He gave me some tips for maintaining the beds and some specifics for one of the flowerbeds. He is a wealth of knowledge, super friendly and professional. After they finished, he walked me around again asking if everything was done to my satisfaction. We discussed him coming back out to freshen the yard before a birthday party, he said he would be out the day before and once in between. He recommended me calling if the grass got too high because of the rain before he was out again. I came to the property one day, noticed it was getting high so put it on my to do list to call him, got distracted and forgot. The next day, I came to the property and realized the grass looked amazing.....he had already been there and cut the grass!! I can't say enough about how wonderful this company is. He also does one time services, perfect for landlords, not many companies offer that!!
