APatriot FlooringWe have been having issues with different company and did a very sloppy job for downstairs flooring installment and they were having issues installing the floor upstairs. I got tired of them and checked out patriot flooring here in angies list and God behold! They came fixed it up, installed the floor, finished it in estimated time that they said it was gonna be done and very flexible with schedule! They were professional and very knowledgeable on what they do. 15/10 would hire them again! They set the bar high for other flooring companies. Patriot flooring is just that good!- Kyle T.

AFirst Quality Contracting LLCGeoff and his network of highly skilled, certified specialists were amazing to work with. Geoff is not just a contractor, he is a designer with a vision who helped us make the right decisions for our home, while keeping with our own style. If he were an HGTV personality, it would be Holmes. He makes sure everything is done correctly the first time, with high-quality materials that will last forever, and my favorite part, he explained the how and why throughout the process. He is knowledgeable, honest, timely and just so good at what he does. His work is clearly a passion, and it shows in every detail. With only a copper sink as inspiration, he changed my 1990's kitchen into a timeless work of art that is as beautiful and interesting as it is functional. He reconfigured a large piece of my house to accommodate a laundry room and and turned a half bath with minimal space into a modern full bath, without making it feel small. I can't say enough great things about working with him. And, while it may not matter to some, it mattered to me - Geoff is a nice, personable guy who I liked having in my home, as was every specialist he chooses to work with. He was respectful of our space, and cleaned up the work space at the end of every day. He was open to adding to his already significant workload with projects that popped up as we were moving in and figuring out how we wanted the house to look. It got to the point that I ran every idea by him and he never once made me feel like I was a bother because he cared and had a vision. About halfway through the initial kitchen/bath/laundry project, we decided to redo the all brick fireplace hearth. Geoff knew exactly what would look perfect, and was able to give us a stone fireplace, with granite mantle without significantly pushing back the timeline. It looks perfect, and he even took into account my dog when choosing the threshold material around the base (because the dog's nails would scratch up a wood piece). Just little things like that, the caring, the attention to detail, the situational awareness that Geoff has makes him the correct choice. He also identified other issues in my home (older home) that could eventually cause issues and offered solutions. Not trying to sell us anything, but just helping us be better home owners and letting us know what to look out for. I am so glad our paths crossed, I can't imagine working with anyone else, and I am so excited work with him on the next project.!- Cathryn L.

BThis is a young company who are still learning . . . They tried to take a lot of shortcuts which meant things had to be redone . . . They are learning detail is important to their customers . . . when things had to be re-done it was always with a good attitude and in the end said he had learned a lot and would take it to the next job . . . A job that should have taken 1 week took 2 weeks . . . This was a big job . . . They should probably focus on smaller jobs to get the experience they need, then they can go into larger jobs with much more experence & confidence . . . I know the more experience he and his team have, the better they will get and they will pay more attention to the detail that will make them highly respected & sought after . . .

AI can't say enough good things about Ross and Victor with C3. They are honest, professional people that did the install quickly at a fair price. They even repaired where a previous contractor tried to install the flooring. They finished the job in 3 days (over 180 sq ft), cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job. AGreat. Val Little of Irish Accents and Renovations recently finished up a second bathroom project for us. In the fall of 2019 he converted a pantry space into a beautiful bathroom. We were so happy with the first job he did for us that we contracted him to remodel an existing bathroom. Unfortunately that job got delayed by COVID restrictions so it wasn’t until late summer that he could actually get to it. Again he did a wonderful job. We have recommended him to others, including family members. Maybe better than the work itself is the ease of working with Val. If he says he, or his crew, is going to be on site at a particular time they are there or there’s a call explaining the delay. If we call him, normally he picks up but if not he always returns the call in a timely fashion. His Scopes of Work are clear, his estimates, both for cost and time, are accurate and reasonable. He was able to gracefully walk the thin line between building our vision and following best practices in the trade. He offered many great suggestions but was not adamant about doing things his way.
