    Linda and Roy did a great job. Came to my home to pick up items, and returned them promptly (the first time). The second time (after seeing their work, I found more for them to do) they took a little longer than expected - but since I was not in a rush, it was not a problem. Their work is well done, and professional and they are just very lovely people. Will definitely use them again for my next project as they offer great expertise with a customized experience!

    It was a rather lengthy process getting an estimate and scheduling the piano move. I dealt with Becky on the phone (very nice, polite, and thorough). She would take my information and then have to call me back. This happened every time I had a question (price, date, time, etc). We finally settled on a date in 2 weeks (they had earlier times but this was best for me) to be picked up between 9-11am. Great, I was able to schedule a dentist appointment for 1pm. The day before pickup Becky called to tell me they would be there between 10-12, hmmm, dentist is still do-able or so I thought. I had to cancel because they had not shown up by 12noon. I received a call from Becky at 12:25 to tell me they had a delay and would be there soon. At 12:40 the driver called to tell me they would be there soon. Soon, almost an hour later they finally showed up (1:35pm). Everything went smoothly after that, they took good care when moving the piano and it arrived at the final destination with no scratches etc. They were polite and pleasant, my main disappointment is their scheduling. It doesn't matter what time you schedule, they will get there when they get there. If you take the entire day off work and don't schedule anything else you should be fine.

    good. It took a little longer then expected. Had to call scheduling department a couple times. Scheduling people seemed annoyed that I was following up on the time it was taking between identifying the necessary repair and when the repair was performed.

    The process was pretty easy, I'd give them an "A" for the overall experience.  They are pretty good.  I would use them again.  I purchased it online.  I did have to speak to someone and they knew what they were talking about and were very informative.

    Furniture Medic was very responsive to my call and did an excellent job of refinishing my dresser. In fact, I may have them refinish a few other pieces of furniture. Dail explained the refinishing procedure in detail and actually completed the work ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend them.

    I thought it was a little pricey but my husband said it wasn't.  They're great, they're good on working with you but they're always busy.  Sometimes you have to wait a while.  They're usually pretty good at contacting you back when you have questions.

    Joe and his team arrived on time and got right to work.  Service was superb and courteous.  All items were moved without any damage.  I asked him to help hang a heavy mirror on the wall and this was done without difficulty.  He receives my highest recommendation.

    Affordable Piano Movers & Storage
    Super friendly. Careful to not damage doorways or steps when moving. Knew how to handle the delicate upright piano. Strong arms! Charged a flat fee plus variable fee for # of steps they had to navigate. (First 3 steps are free, each additional is $10). They charged a small additional fee for the piano also being a player piano... Which I didn't realize added a lot more weight. They used a roller cart, padding, wooden planks and their considerable muscles to do a great job, on time. All in all, they were very much worth the value for the haul from I-8/Waring Rd to the very tip of point Loma.

    He was very prompt in picking up the piece. ?However, after a week, we tried to call and the phone number had been changed. ?Once we got the new phone number he was very responsive. ?The work on the furniture was done beautifully and we are very, very happy with it. Allessandro is a very pleasant person who takes a lot of pride in his craftsmanship -- and he is a craftsman. ?I would recommend him.

    I purchased a new Samsung Washer/Dryer set. The sales team in Chesapeake was very helpful and great to work with. The delivery team was not so nice. The assembled the units outside on the street and complained about the way I wanted them installed saying it couldn't be installed that way. I told them to do it anyway and lo and behold it worked.  I didn't get a chance to inspect the units for damage as they were installing them in the laundry room which is small. I should have told them to stop before the install. Luckily there was no appearance of damage.
    Then the installer started testing the units. Washer worked well but I heard the dryer was not tumbling. After 15 minutes of fiddling with it the installer said everything worked and asked me to sign the papers. Dumb me figured he knew more than I did so signed the papers. After they left I tried the dryer and the motor didn't tumble the drum. It sounded like a seized motor. I called the service department and asked them if I wasn't operating the dryer properly. The technician walked me through the steps and it still didn't rotate. A service ticket was issued for the next day.
    The technician, Kevin, was great and found that the motor wasn't mounted properly, either it wasn't build right or was manhandled improperly. After an hour of disassembly and remounting the motor and reassembly the dryer worked fine. No charge as it should be, but I'll never trust the word of a delivery person again. Just an out-right lie.
