    Parker Electric
Absolutely great! Jason showed up exactly at 7:00am. He put the light fixture together and hung it right where we wanted it and a level where it looked great. He also looked at a breaker for our AC that had a tendency to trip every so often. He discovered the breaker was not the right size for the AC unit. He switched it out quickly. Everything works great. Jason is honest and professional. I will definitely hire him again when I need electrical work done!

    American Mechanical Inc
initially, i cancelled the service appt due to poor and untimely communication on the part of the dispatcher, but they came through later. here's what happened: 1) Aug 14. spoke with Roger who booked a morning appt on Aug 20. while they don't give specific time slots, he notated the morning was preferred due to my schedule as well as consideration for the tech who will replace an outlet in the roof attic (HOT!). 2) Aug 20. about 8 minutes left for my "morning" appt, i called to get an update. i spoke with Deborah who then spoke with dispatch who claimed she was just about to call me. "oh really?" i thought. "how convenient after i called you." 3) dispatch stated that due to an influx of emergencies, they can't accommodate me as originally scheduled and now i have the option to be put on a waiting list for next Tues Aug 27, which i declined. BTW, i received a confirmation email @ 1:06pm the day before my scheduled appt stating, "A friendly reminder, a technician will be arriving tomorrow." yet, from the time of that email to my call, there was a sudden influx of emergencies scheduled a week out yet dispatch couldn't call me as soon as she could see that my appt was being bumped by the earliest of said emergencies?! 4) Deborah called an hour later informing me they had an opening, but again no specific time frame was given. "B" overall. "D" for (over)price, IMO. i figure materials GFCI x 2 ($20 each) + $85 service call (actually only a $49 AL deal) + $130 for 1-hour labor - a $25 coupon off their main website, it shouldn't have cost more than $200. i would've liked to have seen a breakdown of his price quote. the inflated price covers "incidentals" as the tech put it. i don't agree with this practice. i'd rather pay for exactly what's been done. "A" for the quality of Matt's work. pleasant demeanor, professional, courteous (used shoe covers), and knowledgable. gave me some tips. one can see he enjoys helping others through their predicament. "B" for responsiveness. Roger called me quickly to set up the appt. Deborah was quick to call me back when an opening suddenly came. dispatch's lack of contacting me sooner drove the score down. "A" for Matt's punctuality. he called me with an accurate ETA. "B" for professionalism. again, my issue with dispatch.

    Mr. Electric of Chesapeake
Showed up on time. Was very careful to complete the work without damaging the floor. Job was harder than they anticipated but they worked through the challenges cheerfully and professionally. The two person team did a great job of communicating and working together to get the work done.

    Mr. Electric of Chesapeake
Electrician showed up early, and proceeded to give me an over priced estimate. (Which he never e-mailed it to me as promised) [Unprofessional]. I don't like when I can't get a quote over the phone and then the tech shows up and tries to rip me off. I ended up doing it myself and saving alot of money. Just news to note for the DIY don't get ripped off by these techs, it's not worth it!

    Mike's Electrical Service
Fantastic! I have a go-to electrician now! I called to schedule repair of a 110V circuit that I burned up (my fault) and get an estimate for the installation of a 240V outlet. Mike and his team gave me *same day* service, arrived punctually, repaired my problem efficiently, and said that they could install my new outlet with just 30 minutes of additional work. The price charged was less than I expected, and the work was great. The electricians made very little mess and cleaned up (perfectly) the slight dust from sawing drywall. I recommend Mike's Electrical Service to anyone who needs reliable work done quickly! Nice job!

    KITCHEN EMPORIUM
I would highly recommend hiring Kitchen Emporium for your remodeling job!! Rob was very knowledgeable and made it so easy to coordinate all aspects of the job. The Koch cabinets we purchased were made in the USA, come in many different woods, stain colors, and face fronts, and all have soft-close cabinets and drawers as a standard feature. All of the trade workers that arrived to complete their portion of the job were exceptional! Each one arrived on time and completed the job as expected. Rob kept us informed every step of the way and was easy to get in touch with. We paid half down and the remaining half was not expected until all work was completed to our satisfaction. My husband and I were very pleased with Kitchen Emporium!

He is very nice to work with, he came by a few days before the scheduled date to look at the work we wanted. He gave us advice as to what would be the best for us. We loved the work that he did. Warren Electrical Services
The electricians were professional and very knowledgeable. They were able to answer my questions, and helped me choose the correct options for my electrical needs. I've had them come out a couple of times to do lighting and outlet installation, and I would definitely choose them again if I have any further needs.
