    I purchased a deal for 10 car washes and vacuuming services and 2 detail services. He arrived right on time, and was very polite. I opted for the full detail and it took him nearly 4 hours. I could not be happier with the quality of his work And I am very happy I purchased deal I did. Even if hadn't bought the deal, I would use him again.

    I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan and his crew earlier today. I had just purchased a 2005 Hyundai Elantra from Auto Express II in Norfolk and knew I needed some additional work done on it before turning it over to my son. I explained the situation to the service tech and gave him a smorgasbord of things I needed checked, including a walk-behind of services Auto Express claimed they did before I took possession of the car. This started late Saturday morning and as service issues were uncovered, I was brought to the car to view the issue and determine a suitable solution. Turns out I needed a new radiator and a new windshield washer fluid pump, which they ordered ON THE SPOT and had delivered to their shop that very same day. Admittedly, they were not very busy that Labor Day weekend and they used their time to give a thorough going over of the car including brakes, battery, filters, timing belt, and others. Additionally, Ryan took my through the shop, the "pit", and even gave me a blow by blow description of how his car wash system works when we took his own car through the wash.
    When the service was finished, at a price that was about half of what I had originally budgeted for, I was given a code for a free, deluxe car wash and wax. I got the car mats cleaned with his nifty mat cleaner gizmo, and used the free vacuum service center to finish prepping the car.
    It is rare indeed to experience service at this level of competence and compassion. I am very glad to have discovered this business and intend on sharing my experience with others in future.

    IDS is a Tidewater Gem! They took my thoroughly neglected automobile, (110,000 miles) and returned it to like new condition. I tried this service with a Groupon discount, but the service is well worth full price.
    The IDS has a multi-tiered service level, from hand washing, to full bumper to bumper detail services.
    The staff is courteous and respectful; they weren't satisfied with the job until I was satisfied with my car.
    Additionally, we were able to discuss a continued care arrangement depending on the winter weather, and spring. This is enormously important, to preserve the value of my auto.
    I give this company my highest endorsement possible.

    They give half off the car wash with an oil change.  Very quick and professional.  Didn't pressure me with annoying sales.  Ride Through car wash that really got it clean.  They have free vacuums when you get a car wash that are awesome.

    Arrived and was promptly greeted by attendant. Asked what level of service I wanted. Then said that his manager would be servicing my car. This "manager" took car through automated wash and then drove out to perform detail. When detail was finished and I drove off I realized that top of the front dash board still had dust on 1/2 of it, the rear view mirror had not been wiped, and the rear window and rear window dash was not cleaned. Vacuuming in common areas was good, vacuuming on either side of seats between seat and door was incomplete. Seats had debris not been fully cleaned in areas where leather stitching was found.
    Attention to detail was very poor. Regret giving a tip before carefully assessing work completed.

    They did a great job; it was absolutely fantastic. They got out the hair from two dogs from a five thousand mile road trip at the back of my jeep. They got me in without an appointment, even though they were fully booked, they got the car done on time and I got a free car wash out of it. They were a little expensive but it was worth it. The manager, Mike is fantastic.

    I really enjoy getting my car washed at Autobell. Its the same price as the gas station car washes yet the machinery is of much higher quality and the people there hand dry your car. No, its not as good as doing it yourself but its the best option when you are on the go. Just don't go in the middle of the day on the weekend - you will have a long wait. Best times for me are right after work during the week.

    After driving from New Orleans to Virginia this summer with the dog inside the car and more or less living in the car for a couple of weeks while I closed on a place, my car (Black 2006 Malibu Maxx) was in dire need of some of TLC.  Even so, I neglected all cosmetic maintenance as I settled into a new job and got the house in order.  When Groupon offered a deal on full service auto detailing at The Gift's new location in Williamsburg, I took it as a sign that it was time for action.

    I scheduled an appointment an arrived first thing Saturday morning (15 minutes late due to weather).  Admittedly,  I've done my own detailing work in the past and was a little skeptical how much better a professional service would be.   The Gift put those ideas to rest.

    They've built a nice lounge/sitting room with cable TV and nice couches if you want to wait on site (which I did).  I also liked that I could see the work area from where I was sitting, so I could watch the detailing Detailing took about an hour and a half start to finish.

    The shop was well lit and they used hand held lights while working on the interior. When it was all said and done, the car looked amazing.  I bought it pre-owned back in 2009, and it looked better after the guys got finished than it did rolling of the lot.  They brought me out for an inspection prior to paying.  Their attention to detail was thoroughly impressive.  The thing that caught my attention was actually the exhaust tips, I didn't realize how dirty they were until I saw them cleaned.  Next time I'll bring a camera for before and after pics. 

    In short, the car looks amazing and I was reminded of how I felt about it when I saw it on the lot.  I thought twice before letting the dog back in the car.  I'll definitely be back and I highly recommed The Gift in Williamsburg.

    (Note:  They specialize in Luxury cars, and mine definitely is not.  Even so, they did an awesome job)

    Leaving standing water in a trunk liner is beyond sloppy work. To leave the underside of the trunk liner wet left my carpet damp which can mildew and ruin it. This is not just sloppy it is lack of oversight, proper training, and common sense. I will never take another vehicle to Majestik Auto Spa.
