Contractor was supposed to "demo & re-frame all damaged structural framework as needed. Install vinyl siding over existing exterior to match house. Remove three layers of existing roof shingles and replace any damaged shearing as needed. Install new shingles to match color on house. Install new garage door with windows and electric opener.
