AAce Home ImprovementsACE Home Improvements sent out a carpenter, who wrapped the entire wooden frame around the patio door and windows, with white aluminum trim which looked like my original, white wooden frame before it started to decay at the bottom. He also carefully caulked all the places where rain water could seep in, especially at the base. I was very pleased with his work, and I thought the price for his work was reasonable. Finally, the carpenter left the outside of my home the way he found it, and I like that!- Maria & Olmedo V.

AAce Home ImprovementsWe recently purchased a house and had the home inspector miss major damage. Some being structural. We had to have called 8 different companies trying to find a contractor to come help us out, with no responses. We filled out Ace’s online questionnaire and within a few days David reached out to us. He was there the next day to get us and estimate. Then came over on a weekend to bring us the contract to sign to be able to start the very next day. He was absolutely wonderful. He came when he said he was, called and stayed in contact the whole way. Gave us his personal number. Even took pictures for us throughout the job to be able to hopefully use to go after the people who missed this and tried to cover it up. I could not have asked for a better group of people to work on our house. It was done quickly and looks beautiful. Our house is now structurally sound and we can feel safe having our kids in the home. The quality of the work and people, outstanding. Thank you David and Ace for everything!!!- Elizabeth K.

AAce Home ImprovementsMark the foreman did a wonderful job. It took only a few hours to do all the repairs. The squirrel damaged soffit and eaves looks so much better now. APeninsula Development CorpHired Frank to remove a load bearing wall between a kitchen /dining room. He was very quick to respond with an estimate and had a crew on site within a week. The job was completed in four days. The work provided was very professional and exactly what I had expected. Frank was a great communicator and kept us apprised of dates / times when all subs would arrive to perform their work. Highly recommend and definitely would hire again.- Tony L.

AGARCWe've been planning to build our first home for a few years now. When the plan my wife and I had to work with a certain contractor fell through we didn't give up on our dream to build, and having worked with GARC Design I'm so glad we didn't. There are a number of cliche superlatives I could use to describe our experience with Suping and Yang, but in short they were consummate professionals who met and exceeded all of our expectations. They handled us with care and patience, were knowledgeable and competent and their meticulousness put us at ease. We ultimately decided to postpone the build, but when the time comes, I have no doubt that GARC is who we'll call and rely upon the most to make sure our build is a success.- Kinte S.

AThis was a large project and it went wonderfully well. Caleb's vision and the artistry, talent and professionalism of the crew were so very much appreciated. The kitchen, powder room and butler pantry are beautiful. Our new exterior doors are such an improvement and make such a difference in the outside appearance of our home. We had to go out of town for a few days and were quite comfortable with Kevin and his crew continuing the work in our absence. The project just flowed and we couldn't be happier or more satisfied. We are considering one more major remodel (master bath) and will definitely turn to Tidewater Pro. Highly, highly recommend.
