This time Brandon, who has been here before on a repair call, helped me decide it was more advantageous to replace my 10 year old washer than do the costly repair.     Oak Grove Remodeling and Repair
    Earl took up my existing tile floor and then laid new tiles without replacing the cement board which had naturally been damaged during the demolition. He never snapped any chalk lines and he did not remove the baseboards before laying the tile. The result was a floor that feels like cobblestones because the substrate is not level. The grout lines are very inconsistent and there are large grout gaps at the baseboards. He didn���t use tile nippers to shape the tiles - he only made straight cuts which caused more large grout gaps around the doorway. He reluctantly replaced exactly one tile then tried to convince me that everything else was fine. Obviously I am now interviewing new contractors to tear out Earl���s work and do the job again. I have photos of all of this.

    These guys are great. They came out and diagnosed my oven and had to order the part; 5 days later they installed new control board and my oven is working fine. I also learned a lot about Kenmore ovens in the process. Communication was very efficient, they scheduled appointments around my work schedule, and I was completely satisfied.

    Owner arrived the same day and repaired our Electrolux dryer. Service was fast and technician was very knowledgeable. He has the part in the truck and was able to repair our dryer to working order within an hour. This was critical for us considering we have a 4 week old and lots of laundry. I would certainly hire again!

    good. It took a little longer then expected. Had to call scheduling department a couple times. Scheduling people seemed annoyed that I was following up on the time it was taking between identifying the necessary repair and when the repair was performed.

    Brian answered my call right away and scheduled an appointment. He arrived during the window of time he gave me. He quickly confirmed the problem was the compressor and called me back the next day to say he had the part in stock. Brian then returned to my house the following day, again arriving during the time frame he gave me and was able to accommodate around my work schedule. He did the work quickly and professionally and my refrigerator is now working fine. I would not hesitate to call on Home Run Appliance for future repairs and would definitely recommend him to others.

    Called on 6/26 & tried to schedule an appointment to get the refrigerator fix - The freezer was defrosting no Ice & the refrigerator was not really cool. Agent said this qualifies as an emergency then says the 1st available appoint was for 7/14. . Some emergency I hate to see when it would have been scheduled if it wasn't an emergency. I'll never use them ever again

    Made an appointment to have my Samsung stove serviced. Given a time frame of 10:00am to 2:00pm. When no one had called or shown by 3:15, I chatted online with Aaron Jackson who was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, he informed me the tech would be getting in touch which did not happen. Chatted with Aaron again an hour later, and again told they were contacting the tech and he would be in touch. Again no contact. Called Sears customer service number, told that they had contacted tech and he would be calling me to let me know an arrival time. At 6:03, I got a text message that my appointment had been rescheduled to a week from now, and never got a call from anyone. I called CS very irate told them to cancel that rescheduled appointment and told them I would never do business with them again. I couldn't rate price or quality because I never got that far.
