    5 STAR Carpet Cleaning
Excellent work cleaning all my home's vent ducts and air return. John is a very nice and courteous young man who was on time and very professional. I will have him back to clean the carpets when our renovation work is complete.

Airight Duct Cleaning and Dryer Vent Cleaning
The team was punctual and clean. They did a thorough assessment and made recommendations to replace items that were failing and not supporting ventilation health. The materials and labor quoted was what I expected based on industry standards. I feel the quality of the work was well above industry standard. I will hire again for further cleaning and recommend them every chance I get. The duct work had not been cleaned in over 35 years. The ventilation system now works much better and will continue to because of the repairs made and quality of cleaning.

    Air Duct Care
Two men arrived on time and another man (engineer) came in to inspect our ductwork in the attic, stating we had a "spider" system as opposed to a trunk line but didn't say what that meant for the cleaning. They did not describe how they would be cleaning the ductwork but I didn't ask either. I was quoted a price of $279 for 14 vents. When the crew arrived, he reviewed the pricing and told me it was another $39 EACH for our 3 returns. He also offered to put an antimicrobial treatment in the system. When I hesitated, he cut the price in half for the treatment. The removed all the registers and cleaned them out front. One of them was still dirty when it was put back. They cleaned the ductwork with some sort of device that blew air into the ductwork from each register and used a regular appearing vacuum hooked into their van to suck up what fell out. When I had ductwork cleaned in another house, each vent was sealed and the whole system was put under pressure. That house had a trunk system so maybe this was the only way they could clean our spider system? I think the ducts are better but it's hard to say.

    Air Duct Care
After being told by a number of workers (i.e. electrician and Verizon guy) that it felt really cold under our house, we purchased the Angie's List promotion for an air duct inspection thinking we only needed a few patches. I was able to schedule the inspection for that same week and as it turns out, we needed our entire air duct system replaced. The ducts were damaged and laying on the ground under our house. They'd also (apparently) been invaded by rodents and/or snakes. Fun! The inspector gave a quote right then and there and scheduled the job to start the next day. He said it would most likely take 4 days to complete and we'd be without air conditioning for one day while they sanitized the crawl space. The guys from ADC got started the next morning and in just two short days, we were all set! The workers were polite and professional the entire time they were at our home. They sent pictures of the work when it was fully installed. Overall, we are happy with the speed of the service and their professionalism from start to finish.

Not good he went under the house for 10 minutes then wrote a report with terms I did not understand. I ask he to go back under and show me what he was talking about and he would not.. Just left and said to call them if I wanted them to do the work?

    Duct Clean 1974
One of my contractors was able to suck the water out of the run. We wanted to make sure there was no mold spores in that area and anything adjacent. The tech was professional and performed the task as expected. We have used the company before and we will use again in the future.

They charged me $120 to $150 extra. I have more vents than what the deal is for. They spray that's good for the ventilation. I have a rare model heating system so that cost a little bit more. They did mess up some of my insulation. When they messed up my insulation, they didn't try to repair anything. They just tried to hide it. They should give more accurate price quotes and be more careful. They were pretty fast. They came on time. They were nice enough.

    Magic Sweep Corporation
I was told the duct was rusting and needed to be replaced. After it was pulled out there was no rust except on the outside at a joint that was shown to me as the problem. A $180.00 cleaning cost me $700. Once the duct was out I figured I had no choice but to replace it though they said they would put it back....

    RC Duct Masters
Ryan and team did a great job. They explained the duct cleaning process in-depth and were meticulous in cleaning out each individual register in addition to the trunks and returns. The ducts had never been cleaned before and you could literally hear the decades worth of dust and debris being dislodged and sucked into the high powered vacuum unit. Also, they were able to add the branch to the master closet during the cleaning.

    Air Duct Care
Two technicians arrived, the older man was very curt, though the younger man seemed friendly. They did arrive within their small window (2:30-3pm, they arrived at 2:45pm), but my husband took off early to be there and then the technician did nothing. The older technician they sent didn't even crawl into the crawlspace to identify the hole we had (which ended up being the bottom of the metal return duct being rusted out, we found out when a more competent company came). He said it wasn't worth his time to look and just said it needed replaced. We were aware it may need replaced, though it also may have been patchable and either way, we wanted to know what we were actually dealing with. (When I called, I asked for a free estimate and I specifically said we suspected a hole in the duct work which was in our crawl space!). He also wouldn't give us a written quote for what this "replacement" would cost (how he could accurately quote it without being inside, I don't know. I would NOT call this company again! The van he arrived in was white and unmarked.
