AGreensward LLCAndrew and his team were very professional. The completed project was better than I envisioned. Andrew gave us great suggestions and executed them in a timely manner. His costs were higher than other companies but the work was high quality and worth the cost. He kept us informed by email and sent photos of the project. The work was done at our vacation home so we were not there every day to watch the progress. His staff was trust worthy and worked hard to accomplish the project in a timely manner.- John D.

ARegal Home ImprovementCarpentry crew arrived first and on the expected day to demolish and replace screened-in porch stairs. New stairs with two landings and sturdier posts were built in three days. Crew also installed a new screen door perfectly (and that wasn't even on the list originally!) Crew also replaced all the screening and fitted vinyl over old wooden slats. Exterior of the porch looks new now They then replaced our kitchen window. The new window keeps the kitchen so much warmer. Next, the siding team came and began work on installing siding to the house. It's a three-story home, including a tall chimney and dormer window above the roof, so there was a lot of scaffolding and ladders involved! This work took about 5-7 days. We are very pleased with the look of the siding and our house is a lot warmer this winter. We've had many compliments from our neighbors about how pretty the house looks now with the new siding. We also had the front porch railings and posts replaced with white vinyl pieces. This also looks so fresh and pretty with the new siding. Overall, we were very pleased with all the work Regal did on our home. We had no problems with any of the work being completed in a timely manner or with the clean up. They even swept up our driveway to clean the sawdust and vinyl clippings.- Jessica B.

ATommy DudleyTommy is a rock-solid performer who displays superb professionalism. This is the second time we have used his services. The first was to install an electrical outlet in our fireplace in preparation for the installation of a gas fireplace insert. This time it was for the replacement of five outdoor porch lights. On both occasions Tommy was prompt, quick, neat and very reasonably priced. The work was all completed satisfactoriIy and without problems of any kind. ATommy DudleyAfter calling several Electrician companies, finally signed up on Angie's list (first good thing). Reached out to Tommy and was responded to very quickly. Made arrangements for him to checkout our needs within the next day or so, and scheduled the fix within a couple days of that. Installed ceiling fan, used his contacts at the store we purchased the fan from to find the remote that went with the fan we purchased a few months back (was not included in the open box we purchased...got lucky!), rewired the outlets by bedside (I was expecting one, but it made more sense to put the top plugs of 2 outlets in the switch...the smallest things can make a huge difference!), and fixed the landscape lights. He came prepared with replacement light units, but was able to clean out and fix up all but one of the existing units (and used the single replacement unit we happened to have on hand). Charges were very reasonable and workmanship high quality. Also helped point us to reasonable solution to recessed floodlighting in the kitchen. (And Tommy, yes, the LED light works great! Planning to replace the remainder of the recessed lighting with same.)- Nathan R.

CThe Grow CompanyGood salesmanship and we still like the design, but the quality of execution was poor. Half of the lighting has stopped working. One tree died, another has two leaders on top and looks bad. One type of shrub is decimated yearly by deer. All of another died. But really the worst part is the stonework. Part of a brick facade is peeling off. We are constantly recementing the belgian blocks lining the drive, and now the last straw this year is that blocks from the strip of belgian block demarcating the paving from crushed stone are popping up. We could see from the beginning the quality of work wasn’t good, and time has only reinforced our opinion.- therese e.
