Kill ants getting into house.

Great! They were prompt and courteous and efficient. Ants were gone within a day. Well worth the money.

Spray house and crawl space for spiders.

Technician sprayed both inside and out. While in crawl space he inspected for termites. None found. I actually ended up signing up for automatic visits for treatments to prevent spiders and termites.

Initial evaluation for termite damage

Thorough and honest and free. Even discouraged me from having the work done until I handled some future work on the building. Linwood came right out and was very helpful. It gave me insight on the issues and peace of mind. Can't really speak more highly of the service he offered free of charge. Good people.

They pulled out the carpet and remediated some mold. They put in an industrial dehumidifier also.

They did a good job. Everything turned out great. We did not have any issues.

Pest control technician sprays chemicals inside and outside the house to control insects, micro-organisms and small vertebrates (e.g., mice). Treatments are effective when delivered on agreed-upon schedule. Treatments are effective when they are applied according to schedule. However, over the past 4 months, including this very week, office support has been unresponsive and has failed to communicate between me and the

For the last 10 weeks, I have not been able to schedule reliable appointments due to unresponsive office staff. Without an appointment, the service is practically useless, since tech cannot get into the house when I am not here (which is likely if I do not expect him). Nevertheless, Intrastate continues to bill me. y This week I left an email message to office staff insisting that they call me to set up an appointment. Previous phone call attempts had failed repeatedly. The email I sent got no response. Office staff have habitually left the phone unattended, with no voice mail or other ways to leave a message. There is an e-mail address, but messages are ignored. Late this afternoon I tried another phone call and someone answered the phone. I set up a service appointment for next week. Intrastate is on probation with me. If they fail in any way to respond with full reliability to future scheduling attempts, I will drop them and find another service. I should have done this weeks ago. I have received satisfactory service from Intrastate for over 5 years, which explains my patience with their recent negligence. However, I cannot recommend this company to new customers. Michael Sullivan

Free termite "peace of mind" check.

We bought a house a year ago that we knew had had a termite issue that had been dealt with several years before. We wanted to have the house checked again just to make sure everything was still OK. Intrastate said they'd be happy to come out to do a "peace of mind" check and at no charge. They were on time, friendly, helpful, and thorough, and everything checked out just fine!

Termite Booster Treatment - First time treated since house was built

They treated around the exterior foundation of the home and around sunken wooden posts supporting the decks. Everything appeared to go well. Took about 2 hours.

I used Intrastate Service Co Inc a week ago for pest control.

Intrastate did a wonderful job, reliable, he's here the same time every month, he knows the drill, its the same guy that shows up every three months, he knows if I'm home and if I'm not home. You'd be amazed, trust me, If I have a problem and I gave them the problem, the guy comes the next day, they're very professional, very polite, the guy has a great job.

Mold remediation in crawl space. Replaced insulation, installed new vapor barrier, installed dehumidification system.

Went great. The crew came, took care of business and took care of the mess. There was a slight issue when they removed a vent that was installed under the crawl space without asking. (It was part of the radon abatement system and had to be re-installed.) Otherwise, it went fine.
