  Chris was helpful and professional. He was agreeable to changes in the plan as the estate process rolled out and clearly had experience with how these things go with families. He cleared everything out of the house and garage and offered us a fair price for the items that were sellable, and he got it all done before an important deadline.

  Redline restorative cleaning

  Finding Jason and Redline was a lifesaver!! He came and gave us an estimate and then showed up on time and worked like crazy. Redline has several team members, but because we needed help on very short notice - Jason did it all himself in 2 days. He disposed of 4 van loads (1500 lbs. each) of items by donation, recycling, or the dump. He took care of everything - we did not have to lift a finger. We did not even have to separate "keep" items from "garbage" as he remembered our instructions and was on top of it. He was professional, likeable, honest, thorough and calm. He glanced through everything during the process and would ask or bring back items that might be sentimental or have any monetary value. Jason at Redline was a true Godsend. I've never been this lucky or happy with a service before and I am really picky. I have already hired him to come back for cleaning services after the paint and carpet are finished so the house will be sparkling before we put it on the market. His price was REASONABLE and he was a joy to work with. Jason and Redline are the BEST and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact, my neighbors saw his work and hired him to do the same for one of their rental properties. HIRE REDLINE - you will be happy you did!! Thank you Jason and Redline!! I don't know what we would have done without you. * I think he may have underbid our job some as he originally estimated it to be 2 van loads. I also added some additional and exterior things during the job. We owned some items he agreed to barter for rather than increasing the price. I only mention this because if your estimate is higher than mine -- I guarantee you, he is being more than fair. He has earned my trust completely -- and I'm a retired attorney.

  Joe and his crew do an amazing job. Joe is always on site supervising the work.  His team is hardworking and efficient.  Joe gave us daily updates on the work accomplished. He gave us a detailed estimate and stuck to this amount
  Joe is easy to contact.  He is very professional and really cares about his customers.

  WOODSON'S COMPLETE TREE SERVICE

  The tree technicians showed up on time, were very professional, cut down the tree (limbs first, then trunk), chipped everything, loaded all the debris on their truck, and hauled everything away. They left no mess at all.

  Time Disposal

  Noonan's Handyman & Landscape Design

  My home had multiple problems resulting from a faulty foundation which caused a domino effect of doors not hanging properly, drywall damage, the interior of my kitchen cabinets falling apart, baseboards separating from the wall and floors, cracks in the walls, as well as drywall damage in a narrow skylight shaft which was next to impossible to access, etc..  It was a nightmare of a list for any handyman but Mr. Noonan and company tackled the jobs with enthusiasm and a professionalism rarely seen anymore.  They were here for 4 days, were always pleasant and cheerful, completed all the work thoroughly, cleaned up after themselves (and me at times), and left my home looking amazing. Some of the work was exceptionally difficult to complete but they somehow managed to do it and make it look easy. I will definitely use him again and I recommend Mr Noonan & company without reservation.  I personally will never use anyone else but Mr. Noonan again.  There are not enough superlatives to describe how happy I am with his work.  If you're looking for someone who shows up on time, communicates effectively, always keeps his promises, sticks to the budget and is a true professional in every sense of the word then this is the guy for you.

  1-800-GOT JUNK

  I got several email offers from 1-800-Got-Junk for a $29 discount if an appointment was made by a certain date.  I called & made arrangements for a pickup by a date within the discount time limit.  However, when the guys arrived, I was told that the local franchise didn't honor email discounts.  No where in the emails I received was there any indication that there were limitations on the discount advertised in the emails. The mover guy did offer me $10 off the quoted price (which I found to be high compared to previous experiences with this company).  When I complained in a feedback email, I got a generic corporate response blaming in the scheduler for not telling me about the local franchise not honoring email discounts.  If this were an honest operation, they would clearly state in the email offer to customers that the discount was dependent on local franchise acceptance.

  1-800-GOT JUNK

  Removed our junk from house fine but did not pack down the load well and as such we did not receive good value from the amount of stuff actually removed. On the way out of the yard they ran over the chain link fence and an aluminum ladder causing approximately over $700 worth of property damages. Driver offered $300 in compensation and never wrote anything on the slip to document damages. Franchise owner refused to pay for damages requiring me to stop payment on the check, and a trip to court to recover damages from the company. I will never ever use 1-800 GOT JUNK again and never recommend them to anyone. You would be far better served to have a local charity agency remove your items for their benefit, or hire some local guys off online rating company with a truck to haul your stuff to the dump. You could probably do that for half of what they charge or less.
