DESCRIPTION OF WORK
While workmanship was quite good, the material used for our deck was (factory) defective. We have yet to receive satisfaction. We are left with an unsightly, essentially unusable deck! Throughout this long, difficult project, the contractor has been difficult to reach, slow to respond, and just too over-extended to handle to take care of this in a professional manner. At this point, our only recourse is litigation.
