    COSNER BROTHERS BODY SHOP
I damaged a rental truck while making sharp turn out of parking garage. Mr. Cosner provided a detailed cost estimate and pictures within a few minutes. He was professional and polite to deal with. I later learned that my rental coverage included Loss Damage Waiver so I did not need to consider whether I should have the work done myself (versus being billed by rental car agency).

    B&W Auto Body
B&W completed a repair to the roof rack mounting point after it was torn off by a parking garage door. B&W gave me an estimate to repair all damage, as well as a lower estimate to repair the mounting point. Paying out of pocket, I opted for the smaller repair. B&W also explained the various insurance considerations if I wanted to do the full repair. The repair was completed quickly and without any problems. Great service.

It went very well. My appointment was for 8:00am on Thursday January 12th, 2017. My car was repaired and ready to drive away by 9:30am on Friday January 13th, 2017! The paint match was perfect and the car was clean and neat. I heartily endorse the work done by the shop and the friendly help given to me by Bobby Cox and his technician Eric.

    Brown Automotive Group
I took my 2010 SS/RS Camaro there to have a bumper replaced, a wheel repainted and the under carriage repaired from where an animal was hit and tore the front bumper and did some damage to the under carriage, passenger side rocker panel, the frame connector, and wheels, when the incident caused me to go into a small ditch. Brown's Collision has no respect for customers, nor are they a quality body shop. They cut corners on the repairs, if they actually do the repairs. They want to get as many jobs out the door as possible. There is ABSOLUTELY NO quality control on a finished job. In fact the bumper was painted the wrong color........ The car was filthy they hadn't even washed the car. How can you see all the damage on a car that has dirt all over it? My wife who isn't a "car buff" seen the mismatched paint from the other side of the parking lot. The body guy tried to "sell" me that the color was right and the car was wrong......... Told me if we look at it from other angles it wouldn't be noticeable, and if you look at the back of the car that there had been a previous repair, which could have been done at the dealer when it was brought in new. Damage happens all the time in transport. Regardless the rear quarter panel has nothing to do with the front bumper cover. I know from experience that a quality body shop can match a color, and blend the paint so as not to be as noticeable. Whoever put the bumper on the car is either blind or just didn't care that the paint didn't match the rest of the car. All I heard from the body shop was excuses and Brian Talbert the Geico claims adjuster was just as useless. He didn't care about the customer he just made excuses for the body shop. The body shop blamed Brian for not pointing out t what needed to be repaired. My thoughts are, PROTECT YOUR CUSTOMER from low quality work!!!!!! They supposedly broke a set of LED lights on my car. By that I mean I'm not sure if tgey really broke, because they wouldn't show me the old ones. They told me they had thrown them away. The kicker is, they charged my insurance for them!!!!!!! When I ask for my parts back they told me they had thrown the lights and bumper away. All parts are supposed to kept and returned to customer if they want them back. They replaced them with different LEDs that did not match nor were they the right lights. The next day they found my bumper, but had lied to my face when he told me a guy comes to recycle them the day before. The wheels had road rash from the incident but weren't repaired until it was pointed out the 1st time they said it was finished. Then they got over spray on my tires that cost about $500--$600 a piece. I literally had to get on my hands and knees to look under the car to see that the "pinch point" on the body/frame has not been repaired, nor the frame connectors, nor the rocker panels. I called Geico's main number and had them put a stop to all work so I could have the vehicle moved to a quality shop. but did Brian or Brown's listen, NO they went ahead and removed the repainted bumper from the car. Brian actually had the nerve to tell me that the bumpers new and damaged, belongs to Geico....... Guess what they did with the bumper? They stuffed it inside my car! How much more unprofessional could they be! I will be inspecting the inside to make sure there is no scuffs, scratches, rips or tears in the seats, headliner, dash, windows, steering wheel, gear shift boot, ect. I WOULD NOT AND WILL NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!!! I will never take anything to Brown's Collision again! Do yourself a favor and stay away!!!!!!! Unprofessional, Uncaring, and Unqualified!!!!!!

    Taylor's Auto Body
Outstanding. Very friendly and knowledgable. Quoted the repair price and time to complete and hit the mark with both. No surprises just an amazingly good job. Are they the cheapest guys? No. But they will tell you that up front. They do quality costs and it's worth it because the job will be done right. Taylor's stands by their work and I couldn't be happier.

My 1st time at this shop. the customer service was outstanding! The front office staff was
polite and very professional. They took care of all necessary communications with the my insurance
company, and alerted me when OEM parts were not going to be covered, OEM parts were
eventually used as the after market parts would not meet Taylors quality standards. I was given a ride
    ends.
home after drop off! I will surely recommend them to fr

    C'Ville Auto Body
It went extremely well. I was told the car would be done by the next morning and it was. Not only that, I was told where to go to rent a car at a very reasonable price. My car looked like it did before the damage!! i wouldn't hesitate to go there again if my car needed body work. I also would highly recommend them to other people.

Because my car is nearly twenty years old, the insurer declared the vehicle scrap and paid me only the Kelly Blue Book value, hundreds of dollars less than the cost of the repair, and thousands of dollars less than the real value to me of this car.
Bobby at C'ville Auto Body provided excellent advice  on:  1) keeping the vehicle because of its good mechanical condition and years more of use; 2) searching various nearby states to find a new door replacement (eventually bringing it from the West Coast!); and 3)  economizing wherever he could throughout the replacement process so the insurance reimbursement "stretched" to cover the repair.
Excellent rating for:  attentive, friendly customer service; detailed, honest and fair quotation at the start of the process; regular updates on progress of the repair; on-time return of my vehicle; and excellent craftsmanship in the work.  I cannot recommend C'ville Auto Body highly enough.  Not only was this "'above and beyond" in terms of customer care, the quality of the final result is superb:  the car hasn't looked so good in a decade!

    B&W Auto Body
It was a good experience from the beginning.  Not only did I get an appointment the day I called but the work was done in under an hour and a half and they even washed and vacuumed the car.  What surprised me most was how the owner while looking at the problem counseled me as to possible fixes.  The one I chose involved a couple of screws.  The front of the car looks great and one can't even tell that there is one side that is repaired with other than VW parts.  Further, while I was paying my bill, I got an impromptu lesson in choosing good tires.  Everyone I met was helpful and personable.

    Brown Collision Center
The job took a lot longer than promised. They broke the windshield but repaired it. The job took months to complete. There was othe damage that occurred that they refused to take responsibility for.
