Charles and Jackson opened up a kitchen wall to give me a much more "spacious- feeling" living area. Electrical had to be moved, drywall cut and new drywall installed. The job took 4 days and the result was outstanding. The detail exceeded my expectations !

They were punctual, friendly, and very professional. The estimate was accurate even though it was a little more time consuming than they anticipated. Their work is outstanding and I wish I could have them totally remodel my 20 year old home.

Refinished pine stairs.

Planned for work while we were on vacation so stairs would be dry and usable on our return. They were! Talked us thru exactly what we wanted, I.e. Color and texture. Exceeded our expectations.

I got a bid from Armstrong Builders LLC for some siding to be replaced.

He was very personable but the price was very high. I have nothing bad to say about him. He was very nice. He came right on.

Charles was a sub-contractor working to restore rotted wood and panels on the exterior of our house so that they could be painted. While he was doing that work, he offered his services as an energy retro-fitter, i.e. replacing all the weather stripping on doors and windows with updated materials. Which I then authorized him to do seeing the quality of his other work.

Charles is a meticulous perfectionist who worked on a group of 4 townhouses grouped in north downtown. I did not realize how much wood had rotted on the exterior of our 30 year old house; he showed me several samples of what water seepage had done. He restored everything precisely. Once the painting crew was completed, the house looked beautiful. While my wife and I were out front one day, a family walked by across the street and asked if these were new townhouses!!! That is how good the place looks now! The energy retrofit is also awesome. You can run your hand along the window sills and frames and no longer feel any sort of breeze. Same with the front door where I used to leave a towel in the winter to stop the heavy wind flow. Nothing comes thru now. Best thing is the place is so snug that I no longer seem to have the great variance in temperatures between the 3 floors.

They did an innovative retrofit in preparation of a home elevator, and they did an excellent job. I'd give them an A+ if I could.
