    Dream Homes Remodeling LLC
We knew it was time and shopped around for a premium new roof. Prices ranged from $40,000 to 12,000 for a complete removal and installation. We chose Dream Home Remodeling because of the shingles and techniques they use as well as the price. They were not the cheapest, but not the most expensive. New roof, gutters with gutter guards and sky lights were installed in three days. The project went better then expected and I never found a nail from the demo or installation process. After a tree fell on my roof after a microburst storm hit the area, Mike and Dream Home was my FIRST CALL. They haven't failed me and I highly recommend the team of Dream Home Remodeling. Mike, Tony, and the team at Dream Home did a great job the first time and I'm expecting the same service this time.

    Window Nation Inc
Installer Auditor that stopped by - Angel Alvarez Installers arrived early at 815. During install left gate open and we have a dog. Other than that, workers were knowledgeable and hard working and window Nation did a great job! Love my new windows.

    J S Jackson Construction Inc
The whole process of JS Jackson Construction Inc. installing an egress window from providing the estimate to installation was very professional. Of the three contractors that provided estimates, only JS Jackson knew the specific Loudoun County regulations governing the installation of such a window, and their price was competitive. They provided the necessary drawings and information for me to obtain HOA approval. They also obtained the necessary permits from Loudoun County. The work was professionally done in one day and passed inspection the next.

    Tri County Windows and Siding
We received TriCounty's info via a friend who had already used them twice for a patio door replacement and window replacement. We were in need of replacing 23 windows on our home to update from the 20 year old builder grade windows. Scott talked me through various different options and even walked through various brands that we were looking out. He was completely honest if he had not worked with a brand previously and did not attempt to give his personal opinion on them to try and sway our choices. He walked me through all of the various components of a window (UV rating, etc), so that I understood what each meant and the impact for our home. While many would try to upsell you to the most expensive window, Scott took the time to understand what our needs/concerns were, how long we expected to own our home, and then based his recommendation on that information. We ended up with a excellent mid-range window that has drastically changed our home. It's no longer drafty, noise has reduced from outside, added multiple opening options, and we've already noticed a HUGE reduction in gas expenses reducing it by 2/3 of the normal monthly expense. On top of that, we've actually noticed a reduction in our allergies - which while not proven - we believe to be because of a tighter window seal around the window opening/latching area. I highly recommend including TriCounty in your considered set of window replacement companies. It is a small business company, owned locally, and it was the only individual that could come with a full list of customers names and numbers that were willing to be called for referrals/information on their experiences.

Renewal by Andersen of Virginia & Washington DC
I had to replace my 23 year old wooden windows due to wood rot. The only the negative thing is that the windows are so expensive. So far, they've been great at keeping out heat in the summer, cold in the winter and rain anytime. Very easy to open and clean.

Horrible! I spoke to the reps about an hour ago. To say it did not go well would be an understatement. I called and spoke with a rep and provided my information and set up a time for an estimator to come to my home on Saturday morning. That part went OK. Apparently, I set off red flag when I refused to answer that ridiculous request and say that all homeowners would be present. What I explained is that I live in the house and I pay all of the bills and I would be present. When pressed about a spouse or significant other to be present, I again reiterated that I pay all of the bills and I would be present to meet with the estimator. Rep tells me that because we are within a 48 hour window that the manager would need to get on the phone to confirm the appointment (seriously? 48 hour rule requiring a manager's confirmation? BS). Manager gets on the phone and immediately starts insisting that "Dave" be present. Harassment is now in full swing. "Dave" is the ex-husband who co-owns the house, does not live here and does not pay a penny toward the house and it's absolutely none of Window Nation's business. As I never mentioned any other names, I asked the manager if he just looked me up in a database--which he clearly had done. He again insists that "Dave" must be present and perhaps we should find another day when he can be there. I reiterated that was not necessary that the arranged date and time were perfect. A few more rounds of ridiculousness and I told the manager that I will be there or I will find another window vendor who is interested in my business. The "manager" said "sorry we can't be of service to you" and hung up. The all homeowners must be present proclamation reeks of sexism. Guess what, I'm head of household, pay ALL the bills and make ALL of the decisions to keep up the house. I've never had another vendor refuse to come out to do a consultation EVER. It will be easy to find a more respectful vendor willing to work with "the little woman" and willing to accept my money without verbally browbeating and harassing a potential customer. Steer clear of Window Nation.

Awesome experience, the sales guy was fair and honest. He got us the deal we wanted and didn't over promise on timeframes. The windows were in 2 weeks earlier than promised and the installation was great and done faster than anticipated. The windows look fantastic and the noise reduction is very noticeable in a good way!

They are really good. If I need windows in the future, I would get a quote. I don't know whether I would use them or not, but I would get a quote. I went to them, they didn't go to me and I think they pride themselves on that. They don't go door-to-door. They rely on word of mouth which is good. They had a good product and the price was really good. The sales pitch would not go as long as what others did before. They worked with me to find ways to cut the costs as well. The fact that I ordered the exterior windows, it was easy. I did it in an hour and that saved me a couple hundred dollars. So that was good I think it was the price and the value that was really good.

Heinz Home Improvements and Services, Inc.
They were wonderful and I love my new windows. They were professional and timely, Christopher was great about working around my schedule with the installation. They also replaced an old heat pump and I am thrilled with the difference it has made! Again, Heinz Home Improvements was great and answered any questions that I had about the system.

    Liberty Home Remodeling
After a hail storm we had some damage to our exterior siding. We had used Liberty Home Remodeling in the past for our roof replacement. We called them and they came out the next day. Again, the work was perfect. House looks great. They were in constant contact with me during the project. My neighbors even came over and asked for their name to get some work done on their home. Thinking about replacing my windows soon. I will definitely be calling them again! True professionals, rare to find.
