    AC was out. Called Mannix at5:45pm to schedule emergency service, and was quoted a fair price. Waited all evening, but tech was a no-show. Finally called again at 9:30pm, spoke with dispatcher, and got a call from emergency tech immediately. He said he never got notified of the first emergency request. He said it would take an hour for him to reach me, but I said no, I didn't see how I could give business to a company who would drop the ball on an emergency service request. I will take responsibility for not placing my 2nd call earlier in the evening to find out where tech was, but it's utter b*llsh*t that the technician was never aware of initial request.

    Our experience with Brennan's from beginning to end was outstanding! We began the process by meeting with John at our home for an estimate on the HVAC replacement. We also interviewed two other Angies list "A" companies, but John's knowledge of the various Carrier units, willingness to explain everything in detail, and responsiveness led us to choose Brennan's for our HVAC needs. When the time came for installation, the two man team who worked on our project were totally professional, pleasant, and helpful. Their work was excellent and when they finished, they left the work spaces clean We love our new systems and are so pleased with the service from Brennan's from sales to installation. By far, this is the best HVAC company we have ever work with!

    We contacted Handy1 thru Lowes for the installation of a Wall AC unit in summer 2015. The system was working fine for 3 years/seasons (2-3 months each season) since we used it as a backup for a central AC when the weather was over 90-95 and central was not enough. System stopped cooling at the start of the 4th year (May 2019). We had 3 contractors look at at via our warranty, Yelp and Angie's list. One essentially said that they do not want to deal with these units and that is needs to be raplced. 2 contractors both with very high ratings (far higher than Handy1) independently said there was a problematic installation and the line that carries the refrigerant to the inside wall unit from the outside unit is very cold (frost on the outside) whereas it is supposed to be heated - ("was this a handyman special install?" - one asked). As a result, oil and leftover refrigerant have formed a sludge and over time have reduced the efficiency and capability of the refrigerant to be cycled back to the outside unit, clogging the line. And of course now the system blows room-temp air. We have contacted Mel via phone (twice - talked both times to the lady who answers the phones), via email (2 emails to Mel - no response) and talked to Lowe's who says talk to the contractor. That they do not respond at all and are not willing to take responsibility for their job is not acceptable - he is not even willing to take a look at his own work. These units generally last over 10 years so there should not be an issue for an AC that cannot be fixed. At install time they had a guy who was actually close to breaking the unit because he could not get something setup correctly - he was forceful whereas you have to be gentle with these things. I didn't think much of it at the time but it all comes back together now. All other repair people said we will need a new unit. Avoid this outfit and their sloppy, uncaring, irresponsible, unprofessional work.

    I needed to install 2 A/C systems and a water heater tank. Jake, Lily, Sandy and the technicians were great! Technicians are very experienced. Price was much affordable than Sears, Homedepot, CroppMetcalfe, etc. I really recommend this company. I'm very happy with my purchase.

    Phenomenal, can't recommend these people enough. From start to finish everyone from the office staff to the sales rep to the installers were a breeze to work with, friendly, professional, and punctual. Replaced an existing Trane system with a top of line Carrier system for $2000 less than the next best competing estimate, just got the first electric bill and it's already saving us money. Great job Mann-In!

    Everything went great and better than expected !Of course when it just started to get HOT out side in the spring,the A/C stopped. I was concerned and called Chris the owner and he came out and quickly checked it. He asked me some basic questions first over the phone to get a idea of what was going on( Thermostat clicking on inside,fan motor coming on down stairs ect). When he came out,it was a simple fuse in the unit outside. He also showed me the "blown fuse" and it was the incorrect one and was smaller than original and that someone had cut a corner many years before I moved in. I appreciate Chris to educate me, and not treat me like " service call or number ". Because of service he provided, he has installed 2 new units in other family member homes.I recommend there company ! Thank you Chris

    I cannot say enough positive things about Mann-in. I called on a Saturday, after a gas leak at our meter, to have someone check out our 25-year-old furnace. Dan came out to look at the system just to be sure our family was safe, and offered some great advice. We had a new system installed first thing Monday morning. Mann-in offered low-pressure service, processed our rebates with Washington gas for the upgraded furnace, and even did extra work to get us a partial refund for our older furnace directly from Carrier. We could not be more impressed. I highly recommend.

    We had been happy customers for over 10 years and always had punctual, quality work. I don't know what happened to this company, but I'm done. As usual I had a routine, annual Fall maintenance appt. scheduled, but THREE times. The first time he didn't show they said he injured himself. The second time it was snowing and they weren't working. The third time no one showed up and no one called. Please see google reviews for more current, similar experiences.
