Dry Cleaning reviews in Chantilly

I have used this dry cleaners for almost 10 years. Over the
last 5 years I stopped taking my dry cleaning here because it was too expensive
compared to other places. I even let the owners know this.  However, I was a still a loyal customer when
it came to alterations (I have a lot of pants to hem). The wife of the owner,
who told me she goes by "Lee", is awesome when it comes to
    alterations.  Unfortunately I had my
first issue recently which made me decide never to go back.  I took 5 pair of, BRAND NEW - still with
    tags, pants to have hemmed.
"Lee" marked them all and said it would be a few days, which
was no problem at all.  She asked me if I
wanted them dry cleaned and we both agreed not to since they were brand new,
and that only pressing would be necessary.
I do not like the crease down the front so I told her that and she
stapled on the strip of paper to each pair that said "no crease". A
few days later I picked them up and went home. When I got home I discovered
they all had creases in them.  I decided
to try and iron them out myself since I was in need of pants and didn?t have
time to wait days for them.  Well, I was
unsuccessful.  I went back to the store
the next day and spoke to ?Lee? and explained what happened. I showed her the
?no crease? tag she put on all of them and explained that they creased them
when they were not supposed to and that I tried to iron them out. You could
clearly see they had been creased.  She
seemed annoyed at me which took me by surprise since it wasn?t my fault to
begin with.  She asked me if I could pick
them up in a few days & I agreed?.free of charge of course.  When I went back, only the male owner was
there. I looked at my stuff and not only did they crease them all again, but
put the ?crease? paper on each one after I had left.  Needless to say I
was not happy.  I explained the entire situation to the owner
and he kept saying that I asked for crease, which was not the case at all. His
face started to get red and he was angry.
He then started YELLING at me and saying it was MY fault. I kept asking
him over & over how it was my fault.
He then changed his story and said it was the manufacturing?.which again
made zero sense since I brought them in with no crease and the tags still
on.  Then he pulled up my account and
said I have not gotten dry cleaning since Oct and only alterations.  I asked him what did that have anything to do
with this current situation?  He kept on
saying that I only get alterations there? I explained that his prices are too
high, and that yes, I bring my alterations there. So what??  By this point I am beyond mad and I said that
I thought he was being ridiculous, not listening to me, not being reasonable,
not owning his mistake.  I told him all I
wanted him to do was take ownership for the crease and simply dry clean them,
press them, whatever he had to do to get the crease of charge.  He refused.
I told him that he just lost my alteration business now as well.  He was not willing to do anything about it
and said he was happy losing me as a customer.
I doubt his wife would have let me walk out that door unhappy and never
coming back. I?m just shocked this happened over a crease. Very poor customer

Outstanding results. Everything came out as expected. We've been customers for for almost 15 years, they are the best cleaners in the Greenbriar, Franklin Farm, Fair Lakes and Chantilly area bar none.

They now provide us with bags for our cleaning and we regularly use them. The prices swing with the wind, one day the price for suits is X, the next day it is some other number. They just made an exception for us and returned clothes same day even though we were a little late, so that was nice.
