  • After one week, I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. When I saw my car, it still had some damage that was not repaired, and a portion of the repair which was not done correctly. When I pointed out this oversight, I was told the tech assumed the damage that wasn't fixed wasn't to be included in the repair and the incorrectly done repair was no big deal to fix. At this point, they kept my car to complete the repair. There was no apologies for not completing all of the repairs, just a lot of negativity from the rep. A couple of days later, I received a call that my car was ready for pick up. When I went to pick up the car, they completed all the repairs, but the area that had to be redone, still had problems (glumps of paint that had dried incorrectly). The rep I was dealing acted completely annoyed with me at this point, and stomped off to get the manager. When I pointed out the bad paint job, the manager shrugged, seemed aggravated, and stated ok - leave the car, we'll fix it. The third time was a charm. The car was repaired, but imagine my surprise when I see brown stuff sliding down my car, right above where the repairs had been. When I asked the rep "what's that?", her apathetic response - it's bird droppings. Since the car was still wet from their car wash, I wonder how droppings would remain on the vehicle. And for the record, I am sure it was feces - but not from a bird. I would think that an shop as large as this would have a review process to ensure repairs were done correctly to avoid having customers make several unnecessary trips. I also believe that providing customer service that includes actually caring about their customers, is vitally important in the service industry.

  • Called them and within an hour they came to my house and provided a reasonable price quote to fix the dent on the hood. He spent about two hours and the results were amazing. You can not tell the hood was ever damaged.Highly recommend this company. Before you do auto body work, have them look at it first!

  • Joe and the crew of Maaco in Chantilly are top notch.  From the start I would say I was apprehensive.  I havent had a car painted since I was 18 and all the stories you hear from coworkers about their experiences left me up in the air on what I might encounter.  I checked several social media sites and saw that the Maaco in Chantilly had a lot of good feedback and happy customers.

    I worked with Joe and his crew to get my Tacoma painted a new color and they also detailed the vehicle.  From start to finish I had a real good experience with them.  The paint job was well done and any small issues I had they addressed without question or comment.  Schedule wise if there was an issue Joe called or e-mailed to let me know what the status was.  In the end I am happy with the results and would use their shop again for my son's older car.

  • After finding Huntington Auto Body on Angie's list, we contacted Mr. Lee about repairing front end damage to a 1999 Mazda 626.  Mr. Lee asked if we could email pictures of the damage - which we did - and within two days he confirmed he could do the work and that we should bring the car in.  The meeting with Mr. Lee was very professional and efficient.  Within about an hour, he assessed the damage and gave us a written quote and schedule for performing the work.  We agreed and left the car.  As we approached the completion date, Mr. Lee called and said his parts supplier had not delivered the bumper and hood yet - and the car would not be ready on time.  Another week went by with Mr. Lee staying in touch (he called us) and telling us when the parts would be in and the work completed.  We picked up the car about 10 days later then the original schedule - some delay due to the parts - some delay due to us being able to get to his shop.  We are very satisfied with the work.  The replaced parts look good and function well - no rattles.  And he was able to match the new hood paint also perfectly with the existing body paint.  Another plus - my wife appreciated the clean customer rest room. Nice touch!  Thanks Mr. Lee.  I hope we don't have another ooops! - but if we do - we'll come and see you.

  • We were very pleased with the work provided by Pohanka Collision Center.  Work was well done and completed in a timely manner.  They did a great job with the repair and they feathered in the new paint with the old paint on the rest of the car so that you can't tell that where the repair was done.  We would definitely use them again.

  • Repaired my new 4Runner due to a parking lot scrape down the entire left side of the vehicle. Also repair a deep scratch on the hood. Excellent job. Looks new again!!!!! Paid for by other driver so I do not know the cost.

  • I side swiped a pillar in an underground garage. Z gave me a rough estimate which indicated the cost would be much more than my deductible. My insurance company had me take it to their selected company for an estimate. Because Z had done such a great job for me before, I took the insurance estimate back to him and had him make the repair. Just like the last time, the result was great! I can't tell that had been any damage. This was a more complicated repair than my first experience with Z and the results were equally impressive and completed promptly. The cost was within the formal insurance estimate and almost exactly what Z's first rough estimate indicated. I'll go back again if I need auto body repair.

  • My friend referred me to this body shop because my I scraped the front bumper of my high end sports car.  I used to take my car to this high end body shop that deals with the likes of Ferraris.  But while they did excellent job, they were very pricey.  So I decided to give Precision a shot since my friend has had work to his car there and was happy with the experience.  
    I called Pablo the owner, he told me to swing by the next day.  After the estimate, I decided to repaint the hood as well as fixing the bumper since it had so many rock chips.  I also ordered aftermarket carbon fiber rear diffuser for my car which they installed for me and fixed a loose sideskirt as well.  The job took 2 days as he stated and I discovered that Precision Collision Center did just as good of a job as the other body shop and they were significantly cheaper.  I want to add that the owner Pablo is a standout guy and will go extra mile to make you happy.  I have referred to 3 of my friends and they were all satisfied as well.  I highly recommend getting an estimate from this place if you need any body repairs.
