    This is the third time I have called All American. Once again, I am so pleased with their expertise and honesty. I requested the technician, Mark. He has been to my house for other repairs in the past and done a wonderful job. He got here right on time, found the problem quickly, showed me where the leak is, and explained everything to me. He explained that it would cost almost as much to repair it as it would be to buy another machine. Being that my machine is already 10 years old, he recommended I probably should purchase a new one. He also recommended brands, and what to expect from a new machine. He charged me for the basic visit fee. The only possible negative that I could find is that in order to get an appointment with Mark, I had to wait longer than I would normally like because our availabilty hours didn't match up for a while. So I've had to make visits to the laundromat. But that small inconvenience is worth it to me, because I trust this company and technician.

    Hard to imagine how such an unscrupulous business can survive these days. Horrible service, stupid attitude, disrespectful, and rudeness from the tech named Josh, and a complete rip off. I would never, ever recommend this tech or this company. He did not tell me or even show me what the issue was, how simple the fix was, and tried to pressure me into spending $650 to replace a single worn out roller that costs $13 (yes thirteen dollars) and 10 mins to replace. Over the phone they told me they would charge $49 to come out and take a look, but when the tech was done, he told me $60! When i told him it was $49, he said FINE, just pay $49!! Not only that, Josh said I needed to replace an entire drum bearing assembly that had NOTHING to do with the cause of the wobble (which was simply a worn out roller). Don't these guys even have a sense of how to treat a customer and be fair in diagnosing and repair? They simply prey on folks like me who have little knowledge and price gouge us.

    Tech guy Ali showed up and perform all necessary diagnostics and figure out the Outer unit capacitor burned out. He replaced the capacitor and advice some valuable steps to follow for the efficiency of the unit. Technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and worked very quickly and efficiently. We couldn't be happier and strongly recommend DMV Appliance Repair Services LLC.

    The appointment went well. The technician, Santosh, arrived on time. He was very pleasant, polite and hard working. After a short time he pinpointed the problem with the refrigerator and what needed to be done to repair it. He obtained the necessary part and and installed it. He cleaned up the work area and waited a few moments so he could see if the freezer began to respond which it did. I would definitely use this company in the future and if you are lucky you will get Santosh as your technician!

    Bill came out and took a look at the ice maker...he showed me where he thought an ice cube that was "frozen" onto my maker was preventing it from working--suggested giving it a few hours after he cleared it to see if it started working again. Which it did! Was glad to not have to replace the whole ice-maker, appreciate Bill's honesty, and now I know how to look myself if it happens again.

    My Warranty company sent All-star HVAC for diagnosis and assessment. The assessment was so unfair that it doesn���t make any sense. My warranty company said that as per the All-star HVAC report some one manually drill the hole to the suction pipe and insurance doesn���t cover these kind of ���misuse��� or ���abuse���. I end up calling other technician they showed me the reason for the hole, and it���s due to the electrical wire damage/expose that rapture the copper suction pipe and created the vertical kind of hole. I���m very disappointed on this company for these kinds of unfair reports.

    Repair was exactly as I expected. When I called initially, the scheduler was polite and clear and up front about pricing for their services. I was able to have someone come out the next morning. They called and let me know he was on the way (and he was even early). Technician was polite and professional and completed the repairs quickly. I would definitely recommend KOAM to others based on my experience.

    Great. I described the problem over the phone and the technician knew exactly what work was necessary. He ordered the parts and then called to schedule an appointment when the part arrived. He was punctual, professional and our refrigerator now works!

    Technician arrirved during estimated window and was polite . Before even looking at dryer said would not be repairing today because he had no parts on truck. Spent more time looking at his computer than on at my dryer. Finally got codes and then said could t get part. Still had to pay $120 service call fee
