  • Exterior Medics is extremely reliable and awesome to work with! They have been able to squeeze alot of emergency projects for my community into their schedule, which has been such a lifesaver for my residents and I. The Board and community are always extremely pleased with the efficiency and quality of their work. And a special kudos to Gaby, their Property Management Liaison. She always keeps me informed on the progress of ongoing projects and reaches out regularly to see if there is anything I need.

  • We had French Doors installed by Thompson Creek and while we like the doors the entire experience has been a nightmare. Long story short after repeated calls of water getting in and weather stripping failing they determined doors were not installed level so during storms water was leaking into our home. First they tried shimming up the end. Water continued to get in. We had water damage and mold in the length of time for them to finally figure out issue and re- install the entire frame to make the doors level. Then when that was done the crew left the doors with a gap!! So they fixed one problem to cause another. They had to order a part and was promised Oct. 9th and that was pushed back then they said part would be in on Oct. 25th and installed on the Oct. 26th. Now they say that can't install on the 26th. We can't have our repairs from the mold remediation done until our doors are repaired. So currently living with a opening in wall/baseboard next to door, flooring removed from mold remediation and a gap in between our doors where the elements, bugs, etc... can enter so I have duct tape across my doors. They have said they will pay for repairs but I have sent invoice and so far no response. From my experience customer service is not their priority. To get the sale you constantly hear from them but once there is a problem it's all on the customer to follow up.

  • TriCounty Windows is a great company that over the past 2 years replaced all my windows in my house. The price never really changed which is great for budgeting. I also had some inactive doors taken out and replaced with a knee wall and windows. The siding had to be fixed, wall built, etc, and it was all done nicely. I had to have a warranty call on a window I broke and it was taken care of very fast. I had many different companies come out to give me quotes but Scott was the best priced and never tried to over sell anything. Great company!

  • Everything went perfectly as planned. They were thorough, responsive, and professional. Their work was excellent and clean. When there was an additional item needed, they responded quickly and professionally. They always called to double check their work and verify our satisfaction. They were very organized and easy to work with. Everyone from Andrew to front office staff to the on-site workers were extremely professional and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to hire them again.

  • The investment company I run has hired Chris Dietz before. But never again. Read on and you can decide if you should... Details on current renovation with him: He's more than 7 months into a job that, from experience, should take about 3 months. He sited 'health issues' on the delay and then 'went dark'. He hasn't returned calls with a phone call in MONTHS. No new POC given for me to contact. Wait, it gets 'better'... Combo on the lockbox for my company to access the house has been changed! I've been asking for the new combo for weeks. He still hasn't supplied it. Would you hire a person that operates this way?

  • It went beautifully. Everything happened as planned and explained in advance. The crew really knew what they were doing which is no surprise because they do this every day. Very fast and efficient -- but without sacrificing quality. After the project was completed, we were so impressed and happy with the overall change in comfort and appearance of the room, we scheduled more work -- two more windows in a different room. Power offered us a very reasonable discount price for future work. We decided to have them come back the very next month!

  • ABC Glass came to measure our windows within a few days of my initial call. After the measure I had an estimate within 24 hours. They came and installed the replacement window glass and its looks great. Everyone that I dealt with was very professional.

  • From the first contact to the final installation and follow up calls, Unicorp gets an A+. The sales meeting was handled professionally, all calls to the office were answered quickly, and the installation went perfectly. The installation crew were polite, neat and did a great job. The weather outside today is freezing, and my house is nice and toasty warm. Price was reasonable too!

  • Our home is about 25 years old and has wooden windows that are not particularly energy efficient. They are drafty, and, despite our best efforts, are starting to rot in some parts of the window frames. Power replaced four windows for us in September. We were so impressed with the work, we asked for estimates on replacing other windows in our house! Power has a great program that enables you to lock in estimates for many years, and you can replace as few as two or three at a time -- to minimize the impact of installation (although it is a very efficient process with these pros), and help the homeowner plan ahead and budget for the expense.. They returned in December to replace more windows. We plan to bring them back in the future to replace three more. Both installation experiences were handled very efficiently and professionally. All the workers introduced themselves, and explained the process -- so we knew what to expect. We were amazed by how quickly the work proceeded but I guess that makes sense given the fact that these guys are very smart, highly trained, and do this all day every day. They really know window installation and can handle any challenge. They put down drop clothes to protect our wood floors and carpet, and vacuumed after. The caulking was flawless, and they cleaned the glass beautifully. They also demonstrated the many features of the new windows, and how they can be opened for easy cleaning. Believe it or not, new windows in my home office was my Christmas gift this year. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, or a better product.

  • Power Roofing Project #32-80409 - We spent 3 hours plus with Power’s sales team in our home on November 7, 2017 and were quoted a price to replace our entire roof. We agreed to the price and signed a contract. However, when another representative showed up 3 days later to look over the job he informed us that Power had measured incorrectly leaving out a section of the roof (which is a part of the house and is clearly shown in the aerial picture of our house that was included with the quote). As a result, Power told us we had to pay an additional $3,000 above the price agreed to get the entire roof done. We declined to pay the additional fee and their representative left after telling us they would not do the job for the fee we contracted for 3 days earlier. We discussed the portion of the roof in question in depth with the original sales rep because that is the section we were having issues with, so there was no doubt that portion was to be included. Power agreed the fault was theirs, however Power refused to honor the original agreement. I sent an email to Power’s main office in PA giving them an opportunity to do the right thing, but all they did was forward the email to the same local representative who declined to honor the quote the first time. He called and repeated that Power had made a mistake but we would have to pay for it not Power. I’m not sure how often this happens, however my guess is it must be pretty common or they would not bother sending another representative out to “double check” the situation prior to sending out the installation crew. One other thing to note is that both on-site assessments by Power was performed at night and took about 5 minutes with a flash light, so no one from Power actually seen the roof. They make a very good sales pitch which is a bit high pressured to get you to sign that night, but be assured that what you sign is not necessarily what they will be charging you for the job.
