    Skyhawke was very accommodating to the many changes we requested, their service was excellent and the drivers. courteous We used them to shuttle from hotel to Country Club before the wedding, then to shuttle back to the hotel after the wedding. The total hours used was 8 and the price was excellent.

    Chariots For Hire
    We reserved a limo from Chariots for Hire for New Years Eve to take us from Centreville to a party in DC and back home again. We booked it for 6 hours (from 9pm to 3am) which cost $900 before gratuity. The driver showed up on time and we made it to the party without incident.

    Around 1am a few of us were all partied out, so we decided to call the driver and have him take us back home a little early. Unfortunately, we were unable to get ahold of him. For a while. Several of us tried calling him repeatedly to no avail. After about 15 minutes of him not answering, we called their office to see if they could get ahold of him. They didn't have any success either. At about 2am he finally called one of us back and told us he was waiting out front and acted like he had been there the entire time. Obviously, he had not. We can only surmise he had fallen asleep on the job, which additionally caused us a bit of concern for our safety. He did manage to drive us home safely.

    We felt we did not receive the service for which we had paid. The limo was not available for us when we needed it. We called their office and discussed the situation with the owner and he did nothing but lie about what had happened, claiming the driver was only unavailable for 20 minutes (which, by the way, would still be entirely unacceptable). He refused to give us even a partial refund for our trouble and I was forced to dispute the charges with my bank. Needless to say, I'm extremely disappointed with their service and will not be using them again

    The experience was abysmal. 

    Frank Flanagan sat at my kitchen table and promised to fix all the things that were done wrong if I just paid the next increment. I provided a generous partial payment with his assurance he would return the next day to begin correcting the loose and falling stone facing as well as the cartoonish finish work on the stamped concrete patio and to begin the next section of the patio.  Instead, he pulled off of the jobsite, has not finished the work and has not repaired ANY of the defects. 

    He poured and stamped the first of four sections (about 600 square feet and about 10 cubic yards) of the more than 2400 square foot patio that must now be completely removed in order to redo that work and finish the job.  He used the wrong concrete and wrong color and the surface is covered with footprints and knee prints.  In addition to the patio debacle, all of the stone has completely separated from a 30 foot wall that he did - which he concealed with plastic covering.  Closer inspection of the mortar indicates too little cement and poor mixing as there are rivulets of unmixed sand in the mortar which comes off the stone easily.  Rather than installing the stone upon footer, Frank installed the stone on frozen dirt instead.  The fire pit is not centered on the sitting wall and a portion of it is shaped more like an igloo - it has to be deconstructed and rebuilt.  The adjacent sitting wall and the stone faced piers are unfinished and have loose stones and crumbling mortar throughout.

    The job started about 2/17/2014 and was supposed to take no more than 18 days, start to finish.  Even allowing for the inclement weather, the job was less than half done when he left the jobsite for the last time and the work that was done has to be redone..

    This man lied to me at my kitchen table with my general contractor present, took me for about $11,000 and ran.  I've attached only a few of the many pictures that demonstrate the pathetic craftsmanship of this amateur.

    Washington Dulles Flyer
    I used Washington Dulles Flyer to pick me up for a flight departing from Dulles Airport. I prescheduled the service, and was a little worried that the cab might be late and that I would miss my morning flight out. No worries there; the driver was right on time, courteous, and helpful. The cab was clean, and I felt very comfortable with everything. She loaded my bag for me, and dropped me off right at the door. She was pleasant and professional, and she represented her company well. I would use their services again without hesitation.

    Dream Escapes Travel
    We had a great experience planning a winter getaway with Jenn.  She
    listened to our wants and helped us narrow it down to the perfect resort
    for us. She worked exactly to our budget and did not pressure us to
    look outside of it.  The resort was exactly as she described and exactly
    what we wanted.
    Being that we most of our communication was after
    work  , I'd say she was really flexible and worked with us around our
    schedule.  I'd definitely recommend her!

    Boris was great!  He was prompt and even called ahead to let me know that traffic on I-66
    was bad and that we should plan to leave earlier than scheduled so as to
    not miss dinner.  We was very friendly and courteous, we would
    definitely use him again for transportation.  He has a number of
    different sized vehicles to support whatever your party needs.

    All Stretched Limousine Service
    What was not clearly indicated when I selected the Angie's List Special was the surprise that right off the bat, to use the special, I needed to pay an extra 20% gratuity and fuel charge based on full price of service (not an insignificant amount and why gratuity in advance?). Most correspondence was by e-mail as I rarely could get a person on the phone when calling.I sent the company my itinerary for tasting at 3 wineries. I spent many hours coordinating with these wineries and the timing at each one to include travel time. The schedule was tight but manageable if we left on time.
    I receive a call 5 minutes before departure and the driver indicated he was on his way. What? He should already be here and getiing ready to leave. He arrives 15 minutes late so by the time we leave we are already 25 minutes behind. The driver arrives and BOOM! He says as soon as he arrives that he accepts gratuity and when I questioned what the 20% gratuity I already paid was for he said his salary only. What?? I was not happy but I had a group wanting to have some fun so I let it drop. Also, The driver was totally unprepared. He did not have my iteneray that I sent them and no clue how to get to any of the wineries I selected. It was all in my e-mail to the company ahead of time. Accordingly, I had to give him the addresses and he spent precious time putting it in his GPS.
    We arrive at the first winery almost an hour late (close to the time we were supoosed to leave for the second winery). So instead of a tasting and short tour, we hurried trough a tasting. I called the second winery and explaned we were running late to this one as well.
    After a few wrong turns we finally got to the second winery. At this time we were so late I had to cancel the 3rd winery all together. There was no way we could make it. I talked to the driver about his tardiness and adding it on the back end and he indicated he was only 7 minutes late but would give me the extra half hour. He indicated he had his next assignment was at a certain time and had to make sure he got there in time.
    We finally arrived back and unloaded the limo. Needless to say I am happy my friends are my friends and were OK with the changes we had to make on the fly, but I will NEVER use this company again.

    All Stretched Limousine Service
    Have contacted on several occasions to redeem my Angie's List coupon
    (purchased in August of 2012) and have yet to get a response back to
    even book the trip. Though in reading the other reviews, doesn't look
    like I am missing out. Will not use nor recommend to anyone else, very
    unprofessional. Hope to get a refund.

    Boris was promptly on time at 4am even though we made the reservation the night before at 10pm. The SUV was well maintained, very clean, and free water was made available to us. We appreciated that Boris utilized his GPS to navigate us directly to the airport as we wanted to arrive 2 hours before our flight. We were able to pay with our credit card and the receipt was sent via email. Boris' organization, reliability, and excellent personality prompted us to request his service on our return flight 3 weeks later. Once again Boris was promptly at the airport ready to take us home. As expected, the SUV was well maintained, very clean, and free water was made available to us again. Boris maintained records of both our address and payment information so that all we had to do when we got home was thank him for bringing us home safely.

    I highly recommend this taxi service as its focus is on genuine customer service.
