    Jeisen's Construction General Remodeling LLC
We had Jeisen and his team out to the house for the fifth time, this one to remodel the master bathroom. Yet again, a superb job. Removed the previous improper tile job. Replaced shower and floor with new porcelain tile, new vanity, recessed medicine cabinet, toilet, recessed shower lighting and new vanity lighting. We love it and hopefully Jeisen will return to remodel another bathroom.

    Custom Design Tile
Brian, Mike and the rest of their team are fantastic. We have used their services twice now. For our biggest job, we had a full bathroom remodel done and are very happy with the results. Brian and his team are master craftsmen and pay attention to every detail. You can tell that they really care about doing the job right. It is also great that Brian takes you shopping to pick out all of your materials and gives great recommendations on styles, paint colors, etc. Having help deciding on all of the design aspects of the job is crucial! On the days the work is being done, Mike checks in frequently and makes sure everything is being done to your specifications. Everything was smooth sailing from start to finish. I would highly recommend Custom Design Tile.

    Bull Run Kitchen & Bath
After meeting with several professional remodeling companies, we chose Bull Run Kitchen / Bath Design for our long awaited kitchen remodel. Bull Runs estimate proposal was more affordable than the other companies wed considered, but that was only a small part of why we chose them. Our designer, Tracy, put us at ease without pressuring us. When he met with us at our home and then again in the showroom, he won us over with his friendly demeanor and his obvious experience and confidence. Our project manager, Sana, was conscientious and accessible from start to finish. The day before the project was to begin, a family emergency took me out of town for two weeks. Before I left, Sana assured me that it wouldnt be a problem; that he would stay in communication with me. He is a man of his word. Throughout my absence, Sana texted information, called when explanations were needed, and sent pictures in order to keep me apprised of the daily progress of our project. He coordinated all aspects of the project and communicated with the various professionals to ensure the proper installation of the cabinets, granite, plumbing, electricity, and even a new window. Sana researched the best deals to get the exact lighting fixtures I wanted, even when they appeared to be out of stock everywhere Id tried! When the fixtures were being installed, Sana showed his design skill in giving me helpful suggestions on how to best display the unusual fixtures I had picked. He brought me samples of tiles when it was time to pick the backsplash and advised me on the appropriate size tiles for our size kitchen. In essence, Sana assured me nothing was a problem and earned my total trust and confidence. When small issues came up, Sana consulted Hakan, the president of the company, or worked with Orlando, our construction manager, to arrive at a good solution. Orlando and his crew were top notch. They were punctual, polite, hard working, and skilled. They carefully protected our floors, which were remaining in tact, as well as all of our other furniture and sections of our house. They worked some long hours, always quite neatly and efficiently. Each day they completely cleaned up their materials and took any trash away. As the project was completed, I barely needed to sweep or dust before putting away our items in our new kitchen. Our remodel was completed within the agreed timelines and the written design agreement. We are thrilled with the construction and remodeling, and we love our new, beautiful kitchen. We are so pleased that we chose Bull Run Kitchen / Bath Design, and they will be our choice for all of our future remodeling projects. We highly recommend this company. Michael Nash Design Build & Homes
Michael Nash remodeled our master bath and kitchen. This past year we had them back to redesign and remodel the butler's pantry. The nature of the work and the space available made it a truly custom job. The finished product was a perfect match for our needs - - a large double-door pantry cabinet with sliding drawers, a granite-topped work space, with an overhead glass-doored lighted cabinet. Two large under cabinet drawers and an end cabinet became the perfect location for pots, pans and small appliances. And everything matched the adjoining kitchen. Our experience with Michael Nash has always been extremely positive and this small project was no exception. Workers were on site on time. We were contacted by a supervisor at least twice a week and all customer concerns, what few there were, were always quickly remedied. Michael Nash over the years has always shown themselves to be a very professional company which prides itself on excellence and high-quality upscale work. All materials (which you will personally select from their showroom) are of the highest quality. Their attention to detail is meticulous and their workers are highly skilled. All projects are designed with the utmost care we received a detailed listing of all work to be accomplished which included an itemized inventory of all materials. Their estimates are very accurate and there were no surprise added costs. A separate quality control team (to include the company CEO) made periodic checks at the work site - - customer satisfaction is their main objective. Their pricing is very competitive and is definitely high value. I highly recommend including Michael Nash on your list as you gather estimates for your next home project.

    WaterStone Kitchen and Bath
June 25th, 2018 In the spring of 2017, we set about finding a contractor to renovate our dated, non-functional kitchen. It seemed simple enough: go to a home expo, talk to seven or eight of them, invite three over to meet and choose the best one. I could not have been more mistaken. After talking to no less than eight contractors/firms, wed seen it all: simple replacement of the existing kitchen footprint (with no effort whatsoever put into making it more functional), price gouging and the designer having their assistant throw together our design minutes before we arrived for a design review meeting and forgetting to include a few minor details - like the entire island. Of course, there was the time honored designer that never called back. Luckily, and nearing the end of our rope, we were referred to Jeff Thompson at Waterstone Kitchen & Bath by a friend. Jeff set an interactive and detail-oriented tone from our first meeting. He put great thought into making our space more functional and better suited to our taste. Always on top of returning communications and exactly where the discussion was, we arrived at a breathtaking design after a very pleasant couple of meetings. Looking a the prospect of getting a full sized island into our space, which other firms assured us was impossible, we set about calling Jeffs references. Each and every one of the ten calls were unconditionally resounding endorsements. Upon deciding to sign up with Waterstone Kitchen & Bath for the project, we began the process of selecting materials and colors. Jeffs designer Deanna was incredibly enthusiastic and fun to work with - even making it a pleasant endeavor to walk through warehouses full of kitchen countertop slabs in the early summer heat. No detail at all escaped Deannas attention - and it truly showed in the final result. As we went through the process of the actual build, we were blown away by the timeliness, friendless, trustworthiness and cleanliness of Jeffs crew. Jeffs project manager Jake was always on top of every detail. He was also endlessly patient with us in wading through our many questions and even a few small changes we asked for along the way (which they always accommodated). Jeff was always available to discuss anything at all that was on our minds. From a timing and budget perspective, our project ran on rails! Budget allocations, per our choices, were clearly laid out at the beginning and, as we requested changes along the way, they were methodically tracked and accounted for throughout. There we no surprises, gotchas or uncomfortable moments whatsoever. Our project finished on time and unquestionably exceeded the very high expectations that both Waterstone Kitchen & Baths reputation and Jeffs design had set. We truly could not be happier. Our beautiful new kitchen is the focal point of our home, has modernized our space, is incredibly functional and is wonderful for entertaining guests and holding large get-togethers. Since completion of our project, we have referred our neighbors to Jeff. They just finished their kitchen and could not be happier with the results. Waterstone Kitchen & Bath is also about to do a powder room for us and, once we are ready, we will have them renovate our master bathroom and bedroom. There can be no higher endorsement than repeat business and the referral of a friend and neighbor. If you are in the market for a renovation, please do yourself a favor and make sure that you meet with Jeff and his team at Waterstone Kitchen & Bath. You will not regret it.

    Dulles Kitchen and Bath
Dulles Kitchen and Bath did an excellent job on our master bathroom remodel. We tore the entire old bathroom out, took down a wall, moved electric and plumbing, and completely replaced everything. The result is amazing! Our designer helped us choose high-quality tile and fixtures and worked with us patiently to get it just right. Our project manager, Sinan, helped us through every step of the process and assisted with adjustments to our plans as needed. The crew came out on a Sunday to fix an issue with one of the old pipes leaking. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day so that we were able to comfortably live in the house while the work was taking place. We will hire them again to make improvements to our other bathrooms, as well as the kitchen, down the road.

    Virginia Kitchen & Bath
This company was honest, easy to talk to and work with. They started and finished the project when they said they would. The workers were punctual, courteous and very hard working. After many costly piecemeal repairs to my bathroom, I was very happy to find a company that pays attention to the quality of the work they do as well. When I pointed out a couple items that needed adjustment, the project foreman readily agreed and speedily fixed the items. This alone is worth its weight in gold! I will definitely be using this company in the future. One note - this type of work requires equipment that cannot easily be packed up every evening and can also generate a lot of trash. A staging area for work should be considered upfront. I was lucky enough to have a garage that I let them use.

    Craft Kitchen & Bath
Excellent. We hired Craft Kitchen and Bath to completely gut and remodel are Kitchen in Centreville. They gave us a three-week timeline and we gave them a budget that they were able to stay under and finish the job ahead of schedule. The materials were all top quality and chosen from their showroom. (very nice showroom too) Our designer, Kate Askoy, was amazing to work with. She was able to whip up a 3D modeled design which really brought our vision to life. She was very knowledgeable, pleasant and always easy to get ahold of. She handled all of our requests and questions quickly & professionally. The crew was always very nice respectful, clean, and on time. Since this was our first major remodel and we have two small children we were concerned about the mess and the not having a kitchen for several weeks but the fact that they stayed on time and worked cleanly really made it painless process for us. They had no problem even coming back for late punch list items at all, and completed them to our satisfaction. Any time you lay down serious money you want to make sure you are getting the best service, deal, and materials - they even worked a payment schedule that we were comfortable with as well, and that put them over the top for other bids we received. We'd definitely recommend Craft Kitchen and Bath to absolutely everybody we talk to and can't believe this kitchen is ours! check out the before/after photos:

    KBR Kitchen & Bath
We were very pleased with the work, materials, and the bathroom looks great. Really classy with the glass doors on the shower in particular. The workers were there to work on time and punctual. They put down drop cloth to protect my carpet. Burak and the manager communicated with us throughout the whole project from start to finish and the workers also made sure everything was to our specifications.
