    Mr. Munoz & his crew (Armando & Denny) were very profissionals, courteous, punctual & on time every day they work on my home project. They finished the job before the deadline, even after I added some small projects around the house; Mr. Munoz even did not charge me for some of these small projects, but they did not sucrifies the job quality. They took their time to finish the job, and I did'nt mind them to staying a littel late every day & work Saturday so they can finish the job faster. They did a GREAT Job.

    K&K Hardwood Floor did a great job installing hardwood flooring on my stairs and throughout the upper level of my home. They matched it with the downstairs Bruce hardwood floor. The product and work quality are excellent. They arrived on time and completed the work in the time they promised. The installers were professional and polite especially as they checked with me to make sure they were moving the furniture back to the right positions. They even tightened the subfloor to level and eliminate squeaks!! Every morning I am still thrilled with the way the final flooring looks and am only sorry I waited so long to do this project. I too highly recommend them and would use them again.

    Unfortunately my experience with K & K Flooring was absolutely horrendous. I had a service pro come out and give me an estimate on tearing out old carpet and replacing the carpet on my stairs with flooring that matched the color and texture of my laminate. After talking with the service pro he convinced me that they would have no problems matching the laminate with the treads that will go on the stairs and gave me a fair price. In early June, we went to K & K to sign paperwork and submit payment and scheduled the service for July 25th. This is when things went south very quickly. On July 23rd, two days before the service date, the service pro contacted me asking if he could reschedule for the following Monday because one of his installers quit or went on vacation or something. Not a big deal only a couple days later. Saturday July 28th rolls around and I get a call saying that they can't find a stain that properly matched my laminate flooring. Not good considering this should have been discovered much earlier. The service pro said he was going to try a couple things and let me know how they turned out. Early the following week he asks me to come in to take a look at their sample because they cannot find a close match to the flooring in my living room. My wife and I go in on Saturday August 4th to look at a sample that looked like gray paint on wood, not even close to what our laminate looks like. We talk and look at different samples on the K&K floor until we come across one that we could make work. Not the 98% match that I was promised at the beginning of the project but with a baby due in a couple weeks we just wanted it close and the floor to be installed. The service pro said he would make it happen and that his installers would be there the following Wednesday, August 8th. I asked for a sample to be dropped of before it was to be installed. Needless to say they cancelled the August 8th date because they couldn't match the stain to the floor. I received the sample on Thursday, August 9th which again looked like gray paint on some wood. Not even a 50% match of our current floor. After some back and forth of them saying "let me try this", "let me try that" I had finally had enough. Their lack of communication and professionalism truly blew my mind. I ended up being refunded but truly wasted 2 valuable months with a newborn on the way. After reading such amazing reviews in June I truly thought this place would do me right and I would be happy with the project but I could not have been more disappointed with how misled I was throughout this process. It truly is a shame how high my hopes were and how forgiving I was during this process but please avoid this company at all costs. It could not have been that difficult of a project as we went to Sherwin Williams to see if they would match the color and they did it within 48 hours. I'm not a business owner but if you can't match a color in house, I would do everything I promised the customer I would do to match the stain even if I had to use a new distributor for a project. K&K you truly are a disappointment and I hope no other families have to experience the headache I've gone through.

    June 25th, 2018 In the spring of 2017, we set about finding a contractor to renovate our dated, non-functional kitchen. It seemed simple enough: go to a home expo, talk to seven or eight of them, invite three over to meet and choose the best one. I could not have been more mistaken. After talking to no less than eight contractors/firms, we���d seen it all: simple replacement of the existing kitchen footprint (with no effort whatsoever put into making it more functional), price gouging and the designer having their assistant throw together our design minutes before we arrived for a design review meeting and forgetting to include a few minor details - like the entire island. Of course, there was the time honored designer that never called back. Luckily, and nearing the end of our rope, we were referred to Jeff Thompson at Waterstone Kitchen & Bath by a friend. Jeff set an interactive and detail-oriented tone from our first meeting. He put great thought into making our space more functional and better suited to our taste. Always on top of returning communications and exactly where the discussion was, we arrived at a breathtaking design after a very pleasant couple of meetings. Looking a the prospect of getting a full sized island into our space, which other firms assured us was impossible, we set about calling Jeff���s references. Each and every one of the ten calls were unconditionally resounding endorsements. Upon deciding to sign up with Waterstone Kitchen & Bath for the project, we began the process of selecting materials and colors. Jeff���s designer Deanna was incredibly enthusiastic and fun to work with - even making it a pleasant endeavor to walk through warehouses full of kitchen countertop slabs in the early summer heat. No detail at all escaped Deanna���s attention - and it truly showed in the final result. As we went through the process of the actual build, we were blown away by the timeliness, friendless, trustworthiness and cleanliness of Jeff���s crew. Jeff���s project manager Jake was always on top of every detail. He was also endlessly patient with us in wading through our many questions and even a few small changes we asked for along the way (which they always accommodated). Jeff was always available to discuss anything at all that was on our minds. From a timing and budget perspective, our project ran on rails! Budget allocations, per our choices, were clearly laid out at the beginning and, as we requested changes along the way, they were methodically tracked and accounted for throughout. There we no surprises, gotchas or uncomfortable moments whatsoever. Our project finished on time and unquestionably exceeded the very high expectations that both Waterstone Kitchen & Bath���s reputation and Jeff���s design had set. We truly could not be happier. Our beautiful new kitchen is the focal point of our home, has modernized our space, is incredibly functional and is wonderful for entertaining guests and holding large get-togethers. Since completion of our project, we have referred our neighbors to Jeff. They just finished their kitchen and could not be happier with the results. Waterstone Kitchen & Bath is also about to do a powder room for us and, once we are ready, we will have them renovate our master bathroom and bedroom. There can be no higher endorsement than repeat business and the referral of a friend and neighbor. If you are in the market for a renovation, please do yourself a favor and make sure that you meet with Jeff and his team at Waterstone Kitchen & Bath. You will not regret it.

    This was a job I considered doing myself until I realized the equipment you can rent a Home Depot is not even close to what a professional uses. Not to mention their experience as this is what they do. The floors look better than they did when the house was built. Dust was not a problem. I dealt directly with the owner. A positive experience; I would hare again.

    From beginning to end, the process was seamless. Mike came to measure and give me an estimate. Part of the floor in our study had to be repaired, and several other rooms needed to be sanded and stained. The work was scheduled quickly; the workers were pleasant, on-time and professional. Jodi called each step of the way to let me know when the workers were coming, what to expect, etc. The floors looked fantastic when it was completed. I would recommend Prospect Hardwood Flooring without reservation and plan to use them in the future.

    This is my third time using DNA Fresh Carpet Cleaning & Restoration and I honestly must say that I am always left so impressed with their level of professionalism. Since I've used this company for Carpet Cleaning, Rug Cleaning, Hardwood Floor Cleaning, Tile Cleaning, and Upholstery Cleaning, I'm sure I can provide a pretty good review on the quality of their services. Scheduling of their services is an ease and they are more than flexible with preferred days/times. When they arrive, they are very thorough on the areas that they are going to clean. As you do the walk-through with them, they give you advance notice of any trouble stains that they might not be able to take out. (With five kids in our family, we have a fair share of nail polish stains and even one curling iron burn that I don't expect to come out.) They do a fantastic job in getting out all the rest of the stains and keeping my carpets really clean. Five kids on seven-year old carpet can really cause some stains but after one carpet cleaning my carpets are left bright, fresh, clean and without the toxic smell from other companies! I love the fact that they take their time and really clean our carpets...they don't rush through the cleaning at all. After the cleaning, the guys do a complete walk-through again on everything that they did to make sure I am satisfied. Their customer service is fantastic from beginning to end and I received a followup call afterwards to see if there were any issues with my cleaning! They clean in a way to earn repeat, happy customers, which is what I am.

    AG Construction & Flooring
    Should have realized for the price, I wouldn't get the service I expected. I reached out to AG Construction in July 2016 regarding refinishing my entrance way and landing (about 70 square feet) after seeing their Angie's List deal for $99 for 100 square feet of hardwood floor refinishing. At first Aaron was very responsive, he booked a time to come out and look/measure the area. While he was there I also asked for an estimate of doing the kitchen. He seemed nice but one comment he made struck a nerve. He said, "Most contractors wouldn't even do a project this small." At this point I let the comment go and he continued to do his measuring, stating he couldn't use an oil based finished because we had a kid, and he wouldn't even do the work if we didn't go water based (which would cost extra). Already knew there was an extra check for the shoe-molding and I was fine with that. Later that evening I received a quote from Aaron for the entry way, the landing and the kitchen for $1245. Breaking it down it was $250 (in addition to the $99 I paid on AL) for the entry way and landing and $995 for the kitchen. Now the interesting thing about this quote, the shoe molding for the kitchen area (which is like 4 times the size of the 2 smaller areas) was $45 cheaper. Next he had $100 extra for just the water based product (in the 2 smaller) areas. So even though the oil based products were included, he charged full price for the water based products. Aaron's response to the cost of the water based products was as follows, "I apologize if there is any confusion. The deal has two coats of oil base, however water base is different and extra. You are only paying for the difference in price of the product." He also never really answered my shoe molding question. After a email or two back and forth there was about a 10 day lapse in Aaron responding. Finally I heard back from Aaron after I sent him an email asking to knock $50 off the total cost, and his response was, " Sir, sorry but if I am mistaken, we did speak? I apologize but I can not drop the price. The reason is because we will be using the bona traffic product, which is extreme expensive. It costs $150:00 per gallons and I am only charging you $100.00. I really do appreciate the art of negotiations, but it is very difficult to do so in this case." My wife and I finally decided will give them a try, especially if we were going to use the premium products. The date was scheduled for for Aug 12th. There was pretty much 1 person there for the whole day (probably 9 hrs). He seemed to do a good job, but since we were pretty much stuck in the basement it was hard to see what was going on. He did a decent job of putting barriers up so dust didn't get all over the place and did a decent job of cleaning up any extra dust. While the guy was working on the floor and I was outside, I happen to notice the water based products were not as stated. There was a can of Zinsser Bulls Eye Shellac ($20 at Home Depot) and DuraSeal Waterbased Polyurethane seal ($40 online). Neither of these high end Bona products nor costing $100. I emailed Aaron a day later regarding these plus I found the floor slightly rough and in at least 1 spot I saw some dog hair under the sealer. His response was as follows: "when you have a prefinished floor which is done in a factory, you will never have the exact smoothness. Secondly, the zinsser is a must and we use it as our sealer. I apologize bona product product was not used, but it is equal to the duraseal water base product. Forgive me but you definitely received a great water base finish. The products are equal in strength and durability. If there is a problem, once the floor properly cures, I would be more than happy to come out see how we can fix it. " In mid September I emailed Aaron regarding some bubbling on the floor, no response, I sent a follow up and he finally responded saying he was on vacation and could come look at it next week. Well I didn't hear anything, then I contacted him again in October to see when he wanted to come to look at it, after a few emails back and forth he said he'd probably be in the area next Wednesday. Well that was the last time I heard from him, sent a follow up Dec. 2nd, and no reply. I wish I could give a better review as I feel the worker did a good job, but unfortunately the customer service killed it. Lack of communication, lying about products being used and overcharging, and then floor starting to get bad again. I am well aware I only paid $350 for 70 square feet to be refinished, but if you don't want to take on small jobs because they don't make much money, then don't offer these AL deals.

    This was a single point of contact operation - - we only had to deal with Michael Nash staff/employees, no sub-contractors!
    My wife and I were pretty much assigned to the fact that the remodel of our 21 year old kitchen (we had purchased the gourmet   upgrade kitchen when we bought the house in 1993) would be a bit unimaginative. In fact our first two estimates were basically a tear out and replace everything back into its original foot print (even with a few comments about how difficult a few of my wife's suggestions were going to be to implement). We were a bit disappointed to say the least.
    My wife suggested we connect with Michael Nash and see what they might offer - - Michael Nash had completed a superb redesign of our master bathroom about two years earlier.
    Here's where I met Sonny.  I had made a few of my own drawings and was carefully explaining to Sonny how I thought the kitchen could be best planned out given the limitations previously presented by the two earlier bidders. Sonny, a very patient man, finally said, "we are in the kitchen design business, let me draw a few designs and then you and your wife can have a look and we will go from there."
    The drawings were detailed and jaw-dropping - every inch of space in this 14' x 13' kitchen was expertly planned and utilized.       Wood cabinetry extending to the ceiling (requiring that an old soffet be torn out), replacing and repositioning the double ovens, moving the gas cook service from the island to the counter top along the wall and replacing it with a six-burner range top and hood.Granite counter tops, tile back splash, recessed lighting. Even though the center island was extended we had more space!
    Michael Nash provides a detailed drawing of the project and an extensive item by item listing of work to be performed to include materials (type of cabinets, appliances, etc). There are no surprises and there is no confusion over what will be done.
    The demolition/tear out went very well. Our kitchen opens to the family room so plastic sheeting was hung to limit dust and debris to the kitchen. Protective covering was placed over the kitchen hard wood floors (we were not replacing the floors).
    While we did experience a slight two-week delay over delivery of the cabinets I would rate this job as on schedule. Generally there was someone on site if I had a question, but there is also a quality control manager who calls (almost daily) to be sure everything is going according to plan. 
    The end product was/is simply superb. My wife is the envy of the neighborhood.
