    I did an online quote request, they called me back within 15 mins with a quote. They were the lowest quote that I received, and the fastest response, so I went with them. They scheduled the repair for two days later. I am satisfied with the work, and even more satisfied with how fast easy that transaction was.

    Virginia tire & auto is known for high standard of customer service & customer satisfaction, but unfortunately this is not the case with Centreville location & John Miller the store manager , i had to take the car for alignment after slight hit to curb, they said that they can not align the car due to suspension damage, and to make the story short I had to run after them for 3 days to get the estimate to fix suspension, the estimate came with 2600$ for replacing all suspension parts on the driver side only, I decided to take the car for second opinion to Sears and here is the surprise, it coast only 180$, they needed to add camber bolt and align the car, so I decide to speak with John Miller the store manager of Centreville location to address this issue, so John said that they needed 3 days for estimate because they were locking for used parts from the junk yard and he said that the car is old and do not worth fix it with new parts (what a disrespect) & (the car is 1999 while many cars on the road with this age & running fine), then he said bring the car to check if sears replaced parts to align it, so I did take the car to them ( this will be the forth time going to them for the same issue), now on that visit the tech. with John & his general service manager were all involved in the conversation & they were trying to justify why they asked for 2600$, all the three were fighting me with rudeness & disrespect, finally John pulled fifty $ in cash from his pocket & said take your money back (although I paid by credit card he did return money in cash!!!) , extremely bad experience .

    Overall, very well. The company representative was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had all my questions answered in an honest and straight forward way. The company encouraged me to read some neutral articles about transporting a car and what to look for and what to ask. They were very helpful and not pushy like some other companies that I had contacted. The car arrived earlier than the estimated time. The condition of the car was exactly as it had been when it got loaded. I especially liked that we were able to put up to 100 pounds worth of personal belongings in the car. There was some disconnect between United Freight and the driver. I was told the car would be picked up on Monday and, since I was told it was door to door, I assumed he would be at our house. We have wide streets in our neighborhood so I did not think there would be a problem. Instead, the driver called Saturday evening, said he was picking up on Sunday morning and we were to meet him at a nearby shopping center. But the car did get delivered to the address at the other end.

    Brought the car in for oil change and possibly complete the factory recommended 60,000 maintenance. The cost of the this latter service is way to high for the work recommended by the dealer, but not Ford. So instead of paying $540, I took the car to a small repair station for a total of $68 dollars worth of needed servicing. Big difference between factory and dealer recommendations, so it pays to know what the factory (Ford) really says is necessary for maintaining your vehicle relative to what the dealer wants to do. The dealer's oil change was free based on a prior compromise with the service manager over the maintenance contract not being followed. The service representative did help with reconnecting an iPhone using the sync system and was receptive to my complaints that I was able to back up with documented previous communication with service managers.

    I had been happy with them in the past. But I took my car to them because they said they needed to see the car to give me the quote for the brake work. Then the guy didn't even look out the window at the car and said $1400.  I took it to someone else. I will not be using them again. I was very disappointed. I thought the guy treated me very unprofessionally.

    They are literally like across the street from each other. Their schedule, the other provider couldn't get me in, and I took the car across the street. I will go there, but not my top choice. I don't know what it is. Its just a feeling they want to sell you something. To sell you another service. The other one will tell you and give you the options. They will make recommendations, and its your choice. The other company is more honest.

    The quality of the work has been good, and they haven't made up mechanical problems in an effort to overbill. The prices have not been the lowest you will find, but are not bad. But ever since Bill Casey, who started the business, stepped aside/sold out, this outfit has gotten unpleasant to deal with. They send out promotional "reminder" emails all the time to come in for maintenance, they never seem willing to give written estimates anymore, and rarely respond to emails or phone messages. I do routine maintenance myself, but for anything I didn't want to or couldn't tackle I used to go to Casey's because Bill was a straight shooter and fairly easy to deal with, the prices and work were OK, and they run a shuttle if you live within a few miles of the shop. Now I rarely take my cars there.

    I've been going to them for 26 years. They are very fair. If there is nothing wrong they will tell you nothing is wrong. If there is nothing wrong with your car they don't make up something that is wrong with your car. They just tell you there is nothing wrong.

    They are very good. I don’t know about prices, I am not good on price. If you don’t check with other places there is no way you can judge the price. Quality is good. They always call and let you know if they find something. We always make an appointment and they usually take the car. They offer to drive us home, but we have two vehicles, so we don’t bother. They punctuality is good. They let you know if anything comes up, if there is a part that they can’t get. They will call you immediately. They are professional.

    Horrible experience with Mini Cooper with Sterling. They told me my car has failed inspection, even though they gave me an inspection sticker, and then told me my car failed. They read it wrong. They tried to charge me seven hundred dollars, that was not necessary. They promised to clean the car, and forgot. I spoke to the manager, who took the some price off. I took it back to detail it, and he forgot. People think they are selling Rolls Royce's and Lamborghini, they have to make that much more off of you.
