    NOVA Collision Center
Excellent service all around. Min provided a fast and courteous estimate. Body work was completed in two days as promised. Finished result looks great. They also repaired a couple chip spots on the other bumper free of charge.

    Mobile Car Doc LLC
AMAZING WORK!!! I emailed James with pictures to get an estimate and he promptly provided it The previous owner of my truck had run into a pole, severely dented and damaged the paint of the truck bed and cabin which I thought was going to require an expensive body shop to repair. But James was confident he could repair it. For the cost and his outstanding reviews, I didn't think twice about having James do the work. He picked the truck from my house and it was ready a day later. It looks like it came off a showroom floor. You would never know that it had been in an accident. I'm an EXTREMELY picky person and the work James and his crew did was far beyond what I was expecting. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! Do NOT go to a body shop without talking to The Mobile Car Doc first. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family without any hesitation. Very very happy!

I've used Z Autobody several times in the last 8 years, and I also recommended it to all my friends - we are all very happy with their service. My car looks like new, they completed the work exactly on the day they promised, called me with updates. It was very easy and nice working with them.

From the start they were super professional, like calling my rental car company for me the morning I brought in my car. I forgot to do that and would have waited so much longer. The estimator, Josh, explained every detail of how they work, what they look for, how they would contact Geico, and what would happen if the repair took longer (like my rental car would be automatically covered - that's good stuff to know ahead of time). They put my mind at ease from the beginning and were great communicating throughout the process. Workmanship is outstanding.

Mastercraft has replaced the rear end of my 2005 Equinox 4 times. Yes, 4 times. People seem to use me as a target. Everytime I have been there they have been very pleasant, friendly and trustworthy. My car was finished on time everytime. Looks great everytime as well. I had another repair after just 4 months of having the car after someone backed into the front door. They skinned the door and then touched up the paint. Even now, after 6 years you cannot tell where they fixed it. I went there today as a small clip had popped off and the left rear edge was kind of bulging out. The technician immediately took the car and 5 minutes later had it fixed and returned to me. He literally dropped everything he was doing and fixed up. Keep in mind this repair was done 14 months ago. They never questioned it or balked, just zoomed on it. I would highly recommend Mastercraft to everyone!

We dropped the Lexus RX300 off with a dented bumper. USAA insurance was paying for the repairs and we got our rental vehicle. At first glance, everything was going smoothly. We went out of town and I arranged to pick up the car on a Sunday so we could use it for work on Monday. They weren't open so I asked them to put the keys in the car and we would use our spare set to pick it up. When we arrive, we find our car parked on the street with the back tailgate slightly open. Open enough that we had a dead battery. We went home, retreived the jumper cables, went back to Pohanka and drove the car home. There were no keys in the car. The next morning we found radiator fluid all over the floor of our garage. Dead battery and Radiator issue...brand new issues...not issues when we dropped the car off with a dented bumper.
We called Pohanka and they told us to bring the car in. So we did. They asked us to stay in the waiting room while they assess the problem...inconvenience us even more during a workday. They discovered a and quot;pin hole leakand quot; in the radiator. We asked how that happend and that is when they told us they replaced the radiator because they found a and quot;small dent in itand quot;. We explained that the radiator was fine before we dropped it off as was the battery (we drove it for 2 weeks prior to taking it in for repairs). Finally we were able to leave with another rental car. We had jumper cables in the car in case we needed to jump.
After about a week, we finally received word that our car was finished. We went to pick it up and the woman (Heather) tried to explain to us that the battery was the wrong size for my car and therefore they were only able to get it charged to 50%! What!? Again, the battery was never an issue, it is not charging completely...replace it!!! Instead they had it tested at Pohanka collision and Pohanka Lexus...even printed out the reports. In the amount of time that it took to test it, they could have replaced it and reported to the us that the battery has a 100% charge. She couldn't understand my reasoning, got rather snippy with me. I had to grab the keys and paperwork out of her hands so I could get out of there.
Then as if this wasn't enough, when I get home, I realize they had taken our jumper cables out of the back of the car. That is the only thing they did correctly, Heather reimbursed us for the new cables we purchased.
The entire experience was horrible. This was a preferred repair center by my insurance, USAA. I have reported all of this to them in hopes of them taking it off of the list. No person should have to go through this. It is completely unacceptable! When USAA followed up with me, they asked if the manager of Pohanka could call me. I never heard from anyone.

I called for an appointment for an estimate, and set up a time for that afternoon. Unfortunately, traffic made me nearly 15 minutes late. I was impressed pulling into the lot, where everything was clean and tidy. The office/waiting area was just as neat, which tells me these folks take pride in how things look (important in body work!). Pam, who greeted me at the desk, acted like it was no problem at all. She looked at the damage to my front bumper corner and fender liner, and listened to my concern that I didn't want to put a lot of money replacing parts on a 10-year-old car that I'm just hoping to nurse along for one more year. Pam explained the liner was shredded and would have to be replaced ($$) or it would probably do for my needs if I left it cobbled together as is. Then she took the car to the back, had clips put in to secure the bumper corner to the frame. She absolutely refused to let me pay for the work. Within fifteen minutes of pulling in, I was on the road again. It may have been a minor thing to her, but the service and kindness was a big deal to me! Hopefully I won't need more body work in the future, but if I or anyone I know does, I will happily send them to Craftsman of Manassas. (They also do USAA repair work.)

    Jacks Auto Body
Work took (3) weeks. Found several excess paint drops. When I came to pick-up car (after three weeks), found it in front of shop, open, with covered with dust/pollen. Quality just did not impress me for the hoop-la, time expended, and price. Company may have been outstanding at one time. But, based on my personal experience, believe it is overrated.

Bearing in mind that this shop appears to do a huge volume of work, their service is fine but not exceptional. There is not a lot of personalized service and you are shuffled along from one person to the next. When I first went in for the estimate someone took my name, then disappeared. I then asked someone else what was going on and I was told that an estimator would be right with me (shouldn't they have told me that without me having to ask?). An estimator and an assistant called my name after a brief wait. They had me go out to my car with the assistant while the assistant took photographs of the damage. The assistant then walked back inside and left me outside without saying a word to me. After standing there like an idiot for 5 minutes I decided she wasn't coming back and I went inside to ask the estimator what was going on. I complained to him about the service I had received so far. He was very apologetic and explained there were starting a new system where they work by teams (hopefully, this new system is working better by now). Nonetheless, after this first-day episode things did go much better after that. I was herded in and out, along with numerous other customers, through the estimate and body work process in an efficient manner. They called twice and gave me updates on the status of my body work (excellent!) and my car was ready a day before promised. In summary, it was a fairly good experience, just be prepared for mass production service.

They have been very good. I have had good experiences with them before. They were very courteous. They called me periodically, to keep me informed on how the work was going. I've recommended them, since they do really good work.
