    Very responsive and professional service. First visit included a diagnosis visit $39.99, a part needed to be ordered which they did. The cost of the diagnosis visit reduced the final bill. After replacement of the part, we did a full test and are very satisfied.

    I read and looked up the error code for my washing machine that suddenly quit. It supposedly was an issue with the soap dispenser but everything I did according to the book and online didn���t work. I called appliance geek late on a Friday night. We���re a family of six so no washing machine is a bad thing! The gentleman returned my call that evening and came out the next day. He was very professional, moved my dryer out of the way which wasn���t easy and figured out it was the motor assembly in pretty short order. He had fixed it an hour and put everything back together. Put the dryer back in place as well. Very reasonable cost for such fantastic service! I highly recommend. I kept his number. A good appliance repair person is worth it���s weight in gold!

    They came out to fix a leak in my dishwasher. The tech said it was a hole in the tub, the issue was it was still "leaking" hours after he had left and there was no water in the tub to leak through as he said. I found the issue, it was the piece where the water line screwed into (it is an Valve Access) it had a pin hole leak that was shooting up to the underside of the tub where the tech said the hole was. They charged me $100 for this and I also ended up with water damage as well because it kept leaking. I called them and the woman would not believe me that there was no hole in the tub. It's pretty obvious there is no hole so I have no idea how the tech could have come up with this. She ended up getting short with me and told me she would call me back but it's been over a day and I have not heard back from her, probably never will. I'm sure they have some good people but when you screw up own up to it and do the right thing, horrible customer service. I ended up finding the part I need on-line, $20, and will fix it myself.

    Small business- they guy who answered the phone and came is the owner. Pleasant and knowledgeable about the repairs needed: Dryer had stopped working - he came the next day, ordered a part, and made a special trip to MD to pick it up so that he could do the repair late the following day. Very timely and good price. Also fixed a leak in our washer.

    Our technician was amazing and came back on 3 separate occasions to assist us. The first time he came was for the initial analysis and consultation, the second time for the repair, and the third time because he found a piece missing that he ordered and replaced for us. We are grateful we found this wonderful company.

    We called because our Samsung refrigerator died and it's not even five years old! We received a diagnostic overview of what the problem is and given a price. He was honest with us about the cost of the repair without even charging to come see the unit. It was very helpful and we've decided to just buy a new refrigerator. Thank you so much for the high quality of service even though we didn't pay for the diagnostic review!!! If we ever need appliance repair I know who we will call!!

    TL;DR - called for emergency furnace repair on a Saturday afternoon, he was at our house within 30 minutes and had fixed the issue (wiring that had degraded over time) within an hour of the original call, for ~$150. Would absolutely use again. Longer version: Around noon on a Saturday, realized that the our digital thermostat was off, which is not ideal during the first snow of the winter. It's powered by the HVAC system directly, so no batteries. Checked the breakers, flipped them on and off, detached & reattached the thermostat, checked the furnace for anything obvious (to me, at least). Called Kosta's, he gave me some initial troubleshooting tips on the phone (all of which were included in the steps I had done, but appreciated that he tried to help me avoid a service call) then said he would be at my house in 30-45 minutes (which was also greatly appreciated). Checked out the thermostat, then the furnace, pulled off a panel, and must have seen something in one of the wire splices, because he tapped it and there was some immediate sparking. Flipped off the circuit breaker, cut off the bad wire, stripped and spliced, flipped back on the circuit breaker, and voila! We have a heat pump, so it takes a few minutes before the heat fully kicks in, which he waited to ensure came fully back online. Put a sticker on the furnace with his contact info and told me to call him if there were any more problems. Managed to have the entire repair taken care of within an hour of the time I had called him, which was I was very thankful for, and thought that $155 for an emergency repair on a Saturday afternoon was more than reasonable. Will absolutely use him in the future.

    He came exactly when he was supposed to. He was such a nice guy and very respectful of my house and equipment. He determined that he didn't have the tools to properly diagnose the problem and called my homeowners warranty company, who had assigned him in the first place. He recommended another repair group who he knew would have the proper equipment. He didn't charge me the deductible, which he could have because he did come and was at my house for almost an hour. It's really refreshing to find an honest service provider. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

    We called and to request service for our dryer. It would not stop running even when turning the power off. We had to unplug it. It was also not hot. PJ came that week for a service call. He was able to reset the panel to start working that day, but let us know that this was the start of the control panel going bad. We elected to get the control panel replaced. He was able to order the Samsung control panel and had it fixed in less then a week. This is the second time we have used PJ's service. He is nice and I thought price was fair. Better then having to get a new dryer!
