It's totally outside of where we live. I really like them. It's just far. It's like 45 minutes, but it was on our way out of town so it wasn't a huge deal. They are extremely flexible?willing to give my dog meds and special foods without extra fees. It went great. Our dog Anna was let outside to play with other dogs six times a day and lived in a good size kennel. Our dog came back to us happy and satisfied with being away from us.
