They did a FANTASTIC job on a house we purchased that needed various remodeling/renovations (floors, kitchen, bathrooms). They completed the job on schedule, so we were able to move in, as planned. I would use them again, and recommend them, in a heartbeat. AFirst Quality Contracting LLCWe are writing to rave about Geoff's work. We had two projects; one was a small shower downstairs and one was a complete remodel upstairs. After seeing the shower Geoff rebuilt for us, we asked Geoff to work on the remodel. I must say in the small space to which Geoff had to work with, he did an amazing job. It went beyond our expections, in particular, the glass shower door. The tile work is beautiful so having the glass door really made it pop. As for our bigger project upstairs, the complete remodel, I think only photos can do it justice. We do want to add that Geoff was very patient with us and guided us with design ideas while being cautious not to push toward up selling. What was important to us is that Geoff addressed all our concerns; trying to minimize the impact to our house, constantly updating us, offering the 2nd job after the first job, and the high quality of his work. From the beginning to the end of the project, Geoff is always accessible. He called us, texted us and emailed us. Anyone who is looking for a contractor knows that is a rare quality. AMr. Rooter Plumbing of Virginia BeachFantastic company to deal with! Recieved a call less than hour after going thru Angie's List. Very professional and timely. Team leader Adam was extremely responsive to our questions, taking the time to explain all our options. His team of Brice and T.J. arrived on time and efficiently went to work. Their recommendations led us to a proper and more efficient solution. The workmanship was impeccable. The two technicians worked seamlessly together and by the end of the day we had a new water line in place and leak free. Both men kept us informed throughout the day and answered all our questions and concerns. A great company to deal with and I'll be using them in the future for all our plumbing needs.- Armida D.

AClassic Granite & MarbleGreat Classic granite & Marble knock it out of the park on the Install of the new counter tops . I have to say working with their team was great they walk us through ever step of the way and explain everything long the way . The project manager (Heather ) was great she stayed in touch before and after the job and handle everything .The Templater ( Johnny) when he came out to do the template of the counter top. Johnny was very professional and answered all my questions and walk me through step by step of what and how he was doing the template . The install team ( Reberto) came out to install the top and went up and beyond the call on the install .Reberto did a great job on the install . The plumber came out same day and hook up our new sink and faucet and was very professional and explain how everything work after and during the install . With all this going on Heather was in the for front making sure we were happy and the project was running smoothly. AJust PlumbingA BIG "THANK YOU" to Just Plumbing! I had a hot water line leak in my crawl space. It had been leaking long enough for black mold to start growing. I called several plumbers in the Hampton Roads area only to be told either "we're too busy" or "you've gotta get rid of the mold first". When l called Just Plumbing, I was told that someone would be calling me back to let me know if they could help me and sure enough, they were able to come out that day. The field service tech, Adam, that came to help was very professional and took care of the leak within 30 minutes or so. Per the picture he provided me, he did a very professional job. He was very courteous in doing so. The charges for the repair was very fair. I as a customer was happy. I would reccomend Just Plumbing to take care of your plumbing needs!- Mike M.

FDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This company was sent to my home through my warranty company and I had nothing but problems and lied to on multiple phone calls. After being told they never received an “authorization” to do the work...which the warranty company did send on a specified date, I was told by Tina, I needed to call Authorizations and get them to send it. Unfortunately, anyone can’t just call. That’s “Tinas” job! But, I got it done after numerous calls and being on the phone for hours. Also, after being told this was a common part and they more than likely had it in stock...Nope! Now the part needs to be ordered and took almost 6 weeks to get here...which I never would have known the part arrived unless I had of called. After calling, I was told, we’ve had the part for 2 weeks but the numbers we have are not in service. A lie! The 2 numbers on file were in working service and I was on one of those lines! So I asked for the soonest available appointment because I have now been without a working hvac unit for over 2 months. “Tina” whom I spoke with again informed me the next available appointment was next Thursday between 8am-12pm. Which I accepted, blocked the morning off and wrote in my day planner. Waited around all morning, no call, no show! So a little after 12 I called to touch base....and now another lie!! “Tina” now claims she never said the appointment would be next Thur between 8am-12pm but 2 weeks later between 12pm-4pm. Major time and date discrepancy!! Not to mention, there was NO responsibility taken for any of these problems, lies or blatant disrespect for the situation at hand!! I asked multiple times to speak with another person in charge, an owner, supervisor or someone and I was told “No” by “Tina” once again! As I stated above DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

They even repaired where a previous contractor tried to install the flooring. They finished the job in 3 days (over 180 sq ft), cleaned up after themselves and did a fantastic job.
