AFirst Quality Contracting LLCWe are writing to rave about Geoff's work. We had two projects; one was a small shower downstairs and one was a complete remodel upstairs. After seeing the shower Geoff rebuilt for us, we asked Geoff to work on the remodel. I must say in the small space to which Geoff had to work with, he did an amazing job. It went beyond our expections, in particular, the glass shower door. The tile work is beautiful so having the glass door really made it pop. As for our bigger project upstairs, the complete remodel, I think only photos can do it justice. We do want to add that Geoff was very patient with us and guided us with design ideas while being cautious not to push toward up selling. What was important to us is that Geoff addressed all our concerns; trying to minimize the impact to our house, constantly updating us, offering the 2nd job after the first job, and the high quality of his work. From the beginning to the end of the project, Geoff is always accessible. He called us, texted us and emailed us. Anyone who is looking for a contractor knows that is a rare quality. AQuality Home InspectionsMy sister in law used them for their home inspection and my wife was there during that home inspection. My wife liked how knowledgeable and upfront they were with her sisters home inspection. Being a new home buyer, I literally went with any recommendation and I was not disappointed. We arrived about 10 minutes before our appointment and Jim was already surveying the area. He was very thorough and would give us recommendations on how to fix cosmetic issues. He also provided more information about how houses were built back in the day. I would highly recommend them as they were very knowledgeable and professional. AEverything about these guys were perfect, came the very next day quotes me 75% less then their competition if you could even call it that. They blow every other company in the area out the water!!!! The work looked and still looks amazing and even offered to fill in the cracks around the entire house, got done in around 2 hours and cleaned everything up. By far my best experience with any company ever and would highly recommend to any and everyone.

ATim came to my house and gave me a comprehensive estimate to power wash and paint the exterior trim, garage door and deck. Explained everything in detail. Since it was the summer and due to the heat he said best wait until the weather cooled off. That made sense. A few days before starting the job the house and deck were extensively power washed. Branden did a great job. He spent a lot of time doing it right. The next week a team of 2 or 3 started the job. Before painting they spent a good deal of time caulking areas of need. Patrick, Branden and Chad took care to protect the house with drop cloths and were very neat. They used Sherwin-Williams Duration, a highly rated paint. The hard-working crew did an excellent job. As they were close to finishing they had me walk around and point out anything that needed to be touched up. They quickly took care of these areas. Everything looks new again. I highly recommend All-Pro Painters and told Tim when the inside of the house needs some paint I'll give him a call.

This showed me that he take pride in keeping the customers home in the area he will be working in to include the entrance to my home. My ceilings look better than new, they look AWESOME! AA friend recommended Nabbie John so I gave them a call. I am so pleased with the work! Nabbie John, Jr. was super responsive and came right out to do the estimate. He scheduled me within two weeks to get the work done and the team was prompt the day the work was scheduled. Nabbie John, Jr. even offered to come back and put the a/c boot back into the ceiling for us. Overall, we are super pleased and will definitely be using Nabbie John again!
