    Home Renovations 3
Put a payment down of $4,708 for a fence on October 24, 2017. I have been told for over 6 months I will be getting a refund. Nothing yet. I gave Matthew Peelish a check, #1114, for $4,708 for materials for fence. I then told him I needed to cancel the fence. He informed me he had purchased the material and would see what he could do. I then got a call back from Matthew that he sold the same fence to another customer and would be refunding my money in full. This went on and on month after month with one excuse to another. I have over 100 text messages that he was meeting me to refund the money. When he needed something from me he refunded $1,000 of the deposit from his J&M Granite account and told me he would have the rest the following week. I never got any more money and now Matthew is not making any contact to resolve at all. I now must make this a civil suit and sue Matthew, Home Renovation 3 and J&M Granite just to get my money back. Your Desired Resolution: The only resolution at this point is to refund the balance or &3,704.

    Olympia Moving & Storage
Everything from initial meetings and estimates to the actual pack and move to storage was handled in a highly professional manner. They gave us packing material for the things we packed ourselves and were very careful with the items we wanted them to pack. I definitely recommend them!

A Touch of Elegance Maid Service
It was not as well as I expected. There was a lot of talking and very little cleaning going on between the people that were there to do it. This was supposed to be a general cleaning. The house is being sold and we wanted it to be looking good. They spent a lot of time on the refrigerator and very little time on the floors, bathrooms and stuff like that. They suggested a more expensive cleaning service. Overall, they were average. The price was good. That's why I hired them. They were a little late. I would probably not use them in the future. They did average work.

East Coast Plumbing & Heating Inc
Ralph Hutchins and his staff were very professional. Ralph gave me a quote promptly and explained/answered all my questions. His guidance saved me several thousand dollars. They were quick to schedule the work and prepared when they showed up. Tony worked efficiently and was also helpful answering my questions.

John Wengler and his staff are VERY professional. They were patient as I asked a LOT of questions and gave me excellent advice. John was a great communicator about the cost, timing, and options I had available to me from the very first meeting. His crew knew exactly what we'd decided when they showed up... imagine that! I didn't have to re-explain anything.  They were neat, efficient, and pleasant!  This is the first service crew who made my old house's fix-it list SHORTER instead of longer.
I thought Lighthouse gave me excellent service for a very fair price.  I would (and have) recommended them to friends and neighbors.

    REZ Electric & Construction
it was sunday and i couldn't get anyone to answer the phone but my neighbor saw this guys big box truck parked  at the bay storage, so we got his number from the truck and called.  Robs his name and he came right over.  he moved here a f ew weeks ago and lives right in town.  he fixed the problem and didn't even charge me an emergency fee.  i was so happy because it was hot and we were having a crowd over.  i was so upset cause i thought my day was going to be ruined, but it wasn't.

    QS LLC
We broke ground in late January. As a result Sean decided to put up the truss work and roof first in order to save any rain days that may come heading into the wet spring season. This proved to be a wise decision as rough ins where still able to be completed on wet days when a traditional construction method would have held us up. On top of that QS LLC was able to source local rough cut pine for the siding, which was truly important to me because the main goal in exterior appearance for me was that we look old. This building needed to have character from the get go and Sean and his crew picked the right materials to make this happen. The metal roof was pieced together quickly and efficiently! After rough ins where finished the poured concrete slab went in beautifully. Polished perfectly and with a nice touch of die to give it some color. Framing and siding went fast and then things really started taking shape. The interior was a bit tricky because I kept coming up with new ideas for materials, some realistic, some not. Sean was able to take my ideas, tell me what would work and why and come up with a design that was cost effective, attractive and functional. I honestly, and I say this as a perfectionist, when I look around the building there is not one thing I would have done differently.
The QS crew is truly top notch. Josh and Luis who did the framing and interior work were great. Solid guys, always on time, always willing to stay late to keep on schedule. Sean Dahl, the painter and finisher does nothing less than exemplary work. From the beggining of the job to the end I had honestly no complaints, felt that I got more than my moneys worth and knew that the QS team was always there for me. Heather was easy and wonderful to work with. Another person who I could bounce ideas off of and know that her response was genuine and not about what may be the best for them. All in all one of the most positive experiences I have had in any regards and can't say enough about QS and how much they genuinely wanted to make sure that I received the attention to detail, honest advice, and family touch that they have come to pride themselves on.
You can't go wrong with these guys.

I spoke with John Wengler, the owner, about the estimate. He gave me a good idea of the time it would take and gave me an estimate. They scheduled around me and when to have the power off. They stuck to the time and the budget.
both the owner and his crews had good suggestions along the way.

Shorewash Stain & Grease Removal Llc
Benson Rippon from Shore Wash was referred by Rob Cole, a local contractor. I live near the Chesapeake Bay, have had this house for three years, and it had become covered in black mold. I thought the house needed to be painted - a $6-8,000 job, as it is very tall.Benson came, powerwashed it, and the house looks like new. No need to paint ! I was, needless to say, thrilled !!Benson returns phone calls promptly, arrives when he says he will, does a great job, and cleans up when he's finished. A true professional.
